A 53-year-old woman said she is better off now than she was ten years ago.
The fitness fanatic explained that she changed three key things to get her dream body.
In her viral videoTikTok user Diana Mirgon (@dmirgonfit21) showed her followers her physical transformation.
She said she had been overweight and depressed in her forties, as well as struggling with a variety of health problems.
However, after making some lifestyle changes, she was able to turn things around.
Diana is now 53 and has a healthy and fit body with strong muscles and tight abs.
She encouraged her followers who are struggling with health or physical issues to get started with fitness themselves.
“You can still get healthy, lose weight and get in shape as you get older,” Diana says.
She said three steps helped her change her lifestyle and improve her health.
Diana shared that she previously had an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.
Her first tip was to emphasise the importance of staying fit and active.
She demonstrated a beginners training To start, the exercise consists of 10 to 20 squats to stands, 10 to 20 alternating knee thrusts, 10 incline push-ups, and 20 alternating seated knee tucks.
Diana also advised her followers to follow a high-protein, high-fiber diet.
She also shared that lymphatic massages have made her entire body and face feel and look better.
And when it comes to beauty, Diana focuses on using fuller-looking makeup products to accentuate her features.

Diana’s Diet and Health

According to Diana, it is important to follow a diet rich in protein and fiber to get a more toned body.
She also recommends maintaining a calorie deficit if you want to lose weight, but explains that this is not the same as undereating.
Instead of focusing on restricting your meals, she advised simply avoiding high-calorie meals and snacks.
