The fitness fanatic showed off her muscles as she posed in a variety of swimsuits.
In her viral videoTikTok user Stephanie (@seniorstrong) shared her open-minded attitude towards body shamers.
She said a man had recently criticized her for looking too “masculine.”
The hater said Stephanie’s muscular build made her look like she “had no femininity.”
She flexed both biceps as she posed in a turquoise two-piece suit and gave her indifferent answer.
“I took it as a compliment,” Stephanie told her audience.
She described herself as “strong, fit and feminine at 66.”
The fitness expert encouraged anyone with a similar mindset to “get on board with the program.”
In another videoStephanie told her audience that getting older doesn’t stop them from getting stronger.
She explained that she has “never worried about what society thinks.”
The avid sportswoman said she was focusing on “dressing, acting and growing older” on her own terms.
Her followers shared their thoughts on the rude comment in the comments.

- Movement Carrying dumbbells or a kettlebell is essential for strong bones, a strong core and good balance.
- Consume one gram egg white per pound of body weight.
- Train your legs every three days to keep them strong.
- Doing sumo squats to improve your balance, strengthen your core and tone your inner thighs.
