A self-proclaimed ‘hot’ mom calls herself a ‘pretty’ mom and lashes out at internet users who say she’s too old to pose in short shorts.
Jane Jules, from Scotlandis not afraid to show off her figure in scantily clad clothes and does not let being a mother affect her desire to express herself.
She regularly posts photos of herself in tight sportswear and lingerie on her Instagram account, where she has more than 5,000 followers.
In a recent photo, Jane wore a Scotland football shirt and tiny hot pants.
She had big fake eyelashes and her hair was done in French braids, which she played with playfully.
Jane captioned the photo: “Who’s watching the England game with me?”

Unfortunately, the post was commented on by a troll who made a comment about Jane’s age.
“Aren’t you a little old to be wearing so little??” they said cruelly.
However, Jane stood up for herself and struck back at the troll.
She said, “Sorry, I thought there was no age limit on what you can and can’t wear!”
Fortunately, Jane also received many positive reactions to her appearance.
One person said: “Beautiful.”
Another commented: “I love it.”
A third said: “Cute thing.”
And Jane isn’t the only self-proclaimed “hot mom” who’s recently fallen victim to trolling.
Jen Ferguson, 33, often proudly shows off her bikini body online, but she’s now opening up about the negative comments from haters.
In a recent Instagram video, the mother of four was seen posing in her home, proudly showing off her figure in a tiny checked string bikini.
Tips for aging well
There are a number of habits you can adopt to help maintain your health and well-being as you age.
Age UK shared the following tips:
- Do things you enjoy every day, like cooking, meeting friends, or enjoying a good book.
- Stay hydrated – drink six to eight glasses of water per day
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, eat beans, legumes, fish, eggs and meat to help your body recover after an injury, starchy carbohydrates for energy, dairy products to keep your bones strong
- Manage long-term health conditions to prevent them from getting worse or having a greater impact on your health
- Stop smoking and limit your alcohol consumption to a maximum of 14 units per week
- Prioritize mental health and seek treatment for it as it can also impact physical health
- Make sure you sleep well
- Stay social – and call a friend or loved one if you can’t get out
- Be physically active to reduce your risk of depression and dementia, heart disease, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and some cancers
She finished it off with some jewelry and her blonde hair in loose waves.
She said that internet trolls often tell her, “Mothers shouldn’t wear bikinis.”
However, she also wanted to fight back, writing: “We don’t play by the rules here.”
