She finished off the look with some jewelry and wore her blonde hair in loose waves.

Jen shared that internet trolls often tell her, “Moms shouldn’t wear bikinis.”

However, she also wanted to fight back, writing: “We don’t play by the rules here.”

The Instagram clip, which was shared under the username @jenjferguson00has clearly caused quite a stir, as the video quickly racked up thousands of views.

Jen’s fans responded en masse to the comments, praising the mother, with some even calling her a ‘MILF’.

Someone said, “I love breaking the rules!!!”

How to Reverse Aging in Just 2 Weeks, According to the Royal’s Go-To Nutritionist

Gabriela Peacock, who lives in LONDON, helped Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, among others, with the preparations for their wedding.

She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple, life-changing changes to better ourselves in the future, regardless of our genetic makeup.

“The reality is that we all have unhealthy eating habits from time to time, like eating processed foods, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, breathing in city pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of which are good for us.

“All of this only promotes the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be hard, but try to avoid sugary carbs. They fuel chronic inflammation, one of the biggest enemies of reversing aging.

While you will gain weight if you eat them regularly, it also affects your energy levels and hormone levels, which in turn affects how you look and feel.

Regardless of your age or health condition, it’s never too late to reverse the rate at which you age and embrace the energy and vitality of your younger years.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential in neutralizing free radicals, the culprits behind premature aging.

Including a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet creates a powerful source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, found in abundance in oily fish such as salmon and flaxseed, are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3 fatty acids nourish your skin, retain moisture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein that decreases in quantity as you age, can be supplemented with collagen-rich foods, such as bone broth and lean protein sources.

“You look amazing, well done.”

While someone else wrote: “That’s because you’re a MILF!”

JEN OPENS UP

Jen previously told Fabulous that since shedding the pregnancy weight, she’s back to “hot mom” status.

And while she always felt beautiful when carrying her baby, she confessed that “pregnancy is not for her.”

She explained: “I’m happy to be able to get my Botox, my filler, get my body back in shape. I’ve lost the weight and am back to being a ‘hot mum’. Now I just have an extra child.”

Jen has had quite a few procedures over the years, the first being a breast augmentation in 2016.

It’s my body. I’m very open and proud.

Jen Ferguson

She added: “Before the surgery I was literally flat. It just didn’t look right and I was insecure about my chest my whole life.

“A breast augmentation was one of the things that really gave me more confidence. It was a really good decision for me.”

She had her second breast augmentation in 2019, going from an A-cup to a 34DDD and 36DD.

Meanwhile, she’s also not shy about getting Botox and fillers, as she shared: “I get Botox all over my face. I get it in my jaw, my forehead, my crow’s feet, things like that.

“It’s not that I have a lot of lines because I’m 32, but I’m getting a little older. So we’re trying to avoid all that.”

Jennifer’s Cosmetic Procedure List

  • Jennifer had her first breast augmentation in 2016
  • Three years later she had her second breast augmentation, which increased her cup size to 34 DDD and 36 DD
  • Since then she has had Botox, fillers and laser hair removal
  • She also had surgery to repair her earlobes

Although she gets Botox “almost everywhere,” she only has fillers put in her lips.

She added: “Obviously I do other things as well, like hair extensions, laser hair removal, facials… And I’ve had surgery on my ears to make my earlobes smaller, because they were stretched from the time I had my ears measured.

“I feel completely comfortable with it because it’s every man for himself. It’s my body. I’m very open and proud.”

People will assume I’m a bad mother, without knowing that I’m an amazing mother.

Jen Ferguson

But Jen admits there’s a downside to being so candid: she often gets judgment from people online.

The content creator opened up: “People will assume I’m a bad mom, and they don’t know that I’m an amazing mom. I put my kids first — all day, every day.

People can say the meanest things, but luckily I don’t let it get me down because that’s their opinion

Jen Ferguson

“I’m on social media, but I’m still a normal person and I’m with my kids all day, every day. I take care of them, change diapers and everything that goes with it.

“But they assume I’m a bad mother because of my appearance, which is nonsense.

“People can say the meanest things, but luckily I don’t let that influence me, because that’s their opinion.”

In conversation with real documentary makers Real, Jen also revealed that people think she’s a bad mother because she “shows skin.”

Jen, who is engaged to her fiancé Stephen Donaly, 45, said: “People judge me for being a hot mum. I’m still a fantastic mum, I just show it.

“I honestly think a lot of women are jealous because they don’t have as much self-confidence as I do.”

Jen describes her style as “very trendy” and she enjoys being “younger” than she is, adding: “I just want to feel sexy, that’s my vibe.

“I love getting plastic surgery because it makes me feel more confident.

“Some people disagree with that and say, ‘Why would you do that, it’s so vain.’

“Who cares that I’m a mom? What, so I have kids and I can’t be hot anymore. No way.”
