Despite this, she has managed to perfect and maintain her long, luscious locks.

According to the hair loss researcher, there are daily steps you can take to stimulate growth.

In addition to the usual products such as minoxidil, Sofia recommended investing in a derma roller.

“Derma rolling causes micro-injuries and increases blood flow to your scalp,” she explained.

According to the manufacturers, the beauty product helps boost long-term growth.

“Micro-needling stimulates collagen production,” they explained.

Sofia revealed how this step can help with your strands’ thickness and growth.

“When blood goes to your scalp, it brings oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles, which makes them stronger and enters the growth phase, which can also give you thicker hair,” she said.
