Fashion fans are rushing to check out Primark’s latest purchases: a nightwear line based on the fictional character Miffy.

The classic children’s character, a sweet and timeless bunny designed by Dutch artist Dick Bruna, first appeared in 1955.

Since then, Miffy has appeared in more than 30 books and in 1984 the character appeared in her first television series.

Fans of the super cute character can now go to bed with a nostalgic feeling in Primark’s adorable nightwear collection.

Fabulous’ deputy fashion editor shares why Primark pyjamas are so popular

ABBY McHale explains why Primark is known for its nightwear department.

Large parts of the stores are occupied and they sell everything from trendy satin styles to soft Disney pyjamas and everything in between.

Plus, it means you can look and feel good when you go to bed without breaking the bank.

It’s also a great place to score a pajama knockoff.

Last year Primark had a great version of the Skims pyjamas and the latest dupe is from Victoria’s Secret.

The pink striped pajamas match very well with those of the American lingerie brand, I have one myself.

They are light, super comfortable and cost a fraction of the price. What’s not to love?

There are even cute Miffy accessories including a set of socks, a bag for £5 and tote and shopper bags ranging from £2.50 to £3.

The official @primark The TikTok clip has clearly caused quite a stir, as it has already been viewed 97,200 times.

Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?

HOW does Primark do it? Keep delivering on-trend items at such unbelievable prices? According to bosses, it comes down to four things.

  • They “sell a lot of items” – Thanks to them they can save by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
  • They “do very little advertising”
  • Although their clothes represent the “latest trends”, “they do not use expensive hangers, tags or labels”.
  • And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores.” This includes things like “asking suppliers to package our t-shirts so they can go straight on the shelves.”

Fashion lovers were impressed with the new Miffy line and many expressed their opinions in the comments.

Not only did many say they “needed” the cheap purchases, but others also admitted to “running” to the nearest store.

One person said, “I need.”

Another added: “Oh my god I’m going to run.”

A third commented: “I need everything.”
