I’m scared of getting older so I put bird poop on my face – I pay £320 for it
AN INFLUENCER who admits she’s “afraid of ageing” has revealed she uses a cream made from bird poop to stay looking youthful.
Ju Isen, a model with over 2.1 million followers on Instagram, is known for creating lifestyle content and posting racy photos online.
The 38-year-old also shares skin care tips.
But her most recent advice is rather unrealistic.
Ju said she uses a Japanese face cream made from the droppings of a nightingale or the feces of a small songbird.
And she claims it helps reduce wrinkles.
“The first time I read about the cream I was in New York and I was a little intrigued by the idea of bird poop on my skin,” Ju, from Brazil, said What is there to do?.
“I was also looking for something different and innovative for my skin care, and the Nightingale Poop Cream seemed perfect for that.
“I’m afraid of getting older and my skin losing its elasticity.
“The cream made me feel like I had control over the aging process.”
Ju decided to give it a try and initially paid for a bird poop facial, worth $180 (£140).
She said, “It was a little scary at first.
“Growing older is natural, but I must admit that the idea of losing my youth scares me.
“Many people may find it strange
“But the results are worth it.”
Now she has the cream at home and uses it in her daily routine.
A bottle costs $420 (£320).
According to Ju, the moisturizer is also very effective in treating acne scars.
How to Reverse Aging in Just 2 Weeks, According to the Royal’s Go-To Nutritionist
Gabriela Peacock, who lives in LONDON, helped Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, among others, with the preparations for their wedding.
She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple, life-changing changes to better ourselves in the future, regardless of our genetic makeup.
“The reality is that we all have unhealthy eating habits from time to time, like eating processed foods, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, breathing in city pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of which are good for us.
“All of this only promotes the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to avoid sugary carbs. They fuel chronic inflammation, one of the biggest enemies of reversing aging.
While you will gain weight if you eat them regularly, it also affects your energy levels and hormone levels, which in turn affects how you look and feel.
Regardless of your age or health condition, it’s never too late to reverse the rate at which you age and embrace the energy and vitality of your younger years.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential in neutralizing free radicals, the culprits behind premature aging.
Including a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet creates a powerful source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, found in abundance in oily fish such as salmon and flaxseed, are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3 fatty acids nourish your skin, retain moisture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein that decreases in quantity as you age, can be supplemented with collagen-rich foods, such as bone broth and lean protein sources.
She said: “I believe it is important to try new beauty trends, even if they are unusual.
“The fear of growing older is not just about appearance, but also about how I feel.
“By using the cream I maintain my self-confidence.
“Investing in my skin is a way of taking care of myself and my self-confidence.”
The treatment has also caught the attention of several Hollywood stars, including Tom Cruise.
In addition to her skin care treatments, Ju is known for having undergone several plastic surgeries including nose jobs, liposuction, and breast augmentation.
