I’m the sweatiest, oiliest person, but my $23 spray keeps my makeup from smudging
A woman who claims to have sweaty skin shared the setting spray that prevents her makeup from fading.
Despite her oily skin, she said her favorite setting spray kept her makeup in place without any issues.
Reddit user Daily hustle and bustle shared the beauty tip in a post.
She explained that discovering makeup completely changed her world of beauty.
“I’m the sweatiest, oiliest-faced person you’ll ever meet,” she said.
“I think I’m going to do whatever it takes to get it off my face within a few minutes.”
She said the $23 Charlotte Tilbury setting spray made a huge difference when applying her makeup.
“Put your foundation on your sponge/brush and spray the setting spray on the foundation, allowing it to blend into the foundation,” she said.
She added that the tip has been tried and tested by professional makeup artists.
“Wayne Goss must have made a video about this,” she said.

Once the cream products are on the face, she advises beauty fans to spray their makeup sponge with the setting spray.
The sponge could then be pressed into the skin.
“Lightly dab the spray onto your makeup,” she said.
“Once you’re completely done with your makeup, spritz on some setting spray as usual.”
After trying many products on the market, she explained that this was the only thing that worked for her.
“I have [gone] “I’ve done it through all those sprays and it’s the only way my makeup doesn’t move, but I really don’t mean it moves,” she stressed.
Another budget-friendly makeup technique is to switch up your foundation routine, she added.
“Maybe you should look at other foundations,” she said.
“I mix two separate foundations with the spray to get the desired result.”
Other beauty fans agreed with her.
“I agree! CT setting spray was a life saver!” said one commenter.
“I came here to review this. My makeup is bulletproof with the CT spray,” said another.
