Ever wish, such as the eternal Wizzard song, that it could be Christmas Every day? Well, dig the matching Rudolph -Pajamas, because Chessington World of Adventures‘The newest hotel room delivers that exactly.

This weekend, the four -star hotel of the Surrey Theme Park is contributing to the tailor -made series, including Oreo, Jumanji and Gruffalo Suites, with a ‘Christmas stay’, designed to offer a festive solution, even when December 25 is still kilometers off.

On a warm, blue -sky day in May -we wear shorts and t -shirts -I take the children, roller coaster enthusiast Belle and Cleo, 13 and 11, to see if the Christmas is walking, just as the summer is so nice when it sounds or, a bit of a theme park lime.

The first sign of our threatening Yuletide adventure? Too large a wreath marked ‘Tweedy Family’ that is above a designated parking space outside the hotel.

Minutes later, after we have handed over a large envelope with ‘only parents’ written at the reception, we have the keys to room 321, the door of which gives full Christmas film fibes, with its shiny copper beater, traditional wreath and Hollywood-like layer of snow.

Then the spectacular seasonal fool that would have Scrooge Bah-Pinkhumping would have come out.

While the key cards are green, Slade’s Merry Christmas shoots everyone at full volume and we keep our suitcases in a room covered as if the man can descend in red at any time.

It’s Christmas and then something here. The entire room is decorated with twinkling garlands, gigantic shiny red Christmas balls, large red arches and twigs from Holly.

The walls are chrimbo-green, decorated with hand-painted gold stars; There is a large tree, which is dressed at the festive nines and has faux prints underneath, while a cozy gingerbread carpet is draped on the floor.

In addition to a comfortable-looking Kingsize, there are two bunk beds with tartan bedding, a Christmas wall painting and a cozy fireplace scene and a hug reindeer on every pillow, so that the cynical tween and teenager in my life suddenly glow with a season-oriented.

The bathroom? Yes, it is also December, with another wreath above the toilet, a cheerful Christmas stick sticker on the shower screen and the same green and gold star walls.

Bar The Egg Nog, the Chessington Elves have thought of everything.

We each get a cracker and hot chocolate sticks for the children, and a list next to the Alexa of the room has suggestions such as ‘telephone force’ or ‘asking for a Christmas joke’.

If we think that things cannot become more surreal, they will do so immediately.

I retreat the plush red curtains and looked out of the window around two zebras that struggle, a giraffe that puts in some elevated green and a few antelopes that cherish in the late afternoon sun.

The room overlooks the Wanyama reserve of the Thema Park, where the popular safariors walk around – it’s like looking at the Maasai Mara from the North Pole.

Chessington, famous for its zoo, aquarium and sensation journeys, including Vampire, Dragon’s Fury and Mandrill Mayhem, has served more and more theme-hotel rooms in recent years.

Why? Who wants the pleasure to stop when the journeys are disabled?

A circular double bed is styled in the Oreo room such as the famous cookie; A cinematic green glow welcomes guests in the Jumanji rooms, based on the hit film franchise, and Julia Donaldson fans will be in seventh heaven in the room on the broom and Gruffalo Suites.

The most obscure is a very sunny-looking Capri-Sun room, where a neon board extends the logo for the retro orange bag of drink and the interior major on tropical scenes.

So, what was ‘only parents’ in that envelope marked?

I will not ruin the Christmas, except to say that it was a chance to let the old St. Nick know exactly what the children might like if he would manage a visit and, yes, the next morning they woke up with stockings full of goodies.

Just before breakfast there is a crane on the door, with a chess helf that brings even more treats and a lot of Christian chat (which is almost drowned out by the 30-second slade-anxle), to the great surprise of families on the road for a fry-up.

There is also one last gift – the room price includes tickets for the park and early access to beat the queues.

When checking out we are sad to leave our Yuletide Hideaway with a safari view.

And hours later there is a good sigh of disappointment when our own front door clearly clicks open, without rockers from Wolverhampton and their Christmas earworm to welcome our home.
