A female lawyer has accused a married father-of-four of raping her in front of a thousand livestream viewers after meeting him on a dating app.
Nina, 31, said she met the 46-year-old Bundeswehr officer, named Tim B. in local reports, in May 2022.
According to Bild, the suspect was often in the German capital for work, where he matched with Nina via a dating app and planned a meeting at a hotel in Mitte.
But on May 12, Nina claims she was raped by the armed forces in room 100 of the hotel between 9pm and 11.55pm.
According to the Berlin lawyer, Tim had initially kept an agreement they had made to have sex with a condom.
She said at first that everything was consensual, until he soon started complaining that he “couldn't do it that way” and “thought it was “s***”.
Nina said Tim's wife knew he was cheating, but he promised her he would never have sex with another woman without protection.
But the lawyer claims her wish to use a condom was ignored, with Tim quickly ripping it off before grabbing his mobile phone and turning on a live stream.

Here he allegedly raped Nina while about 1,000 online spectators watched.
Tim denied the rape allegations and said: 'I have had a couples profile with my wife on the sex site for seven years.
'With us, everyone can do their own thing. But never without a condom!'
He claimed the Berlin woman had undressed 'very quickly' and was asked about her feelings towards the possibility of having live sex on the internet.
Tim said: 'She agreed but held a pillow over her face. After 45 minutes she didn't want to do it anymore.'
The officer protested his innocence, claiming that there were up to a hundred men present at peak times during the livestream, and that he “never raped her.”
'When she wanted to go home, I even gave her my intercity ticket. My name was on it. I wouldn't have been so stupid if I had raped her beforehand!'' he said.
But prosecutors remained unconvinced.
They said that around 1,000 people had access to the video recordings and that “the footage could cause significant damage to her reputation.”
Tim is due back in court on February 10 for a sentencing hearing.
