A 21-year-old woman is fuming after claiming her teenage best friend is 'sleeping with my parents', who are both in their 50s.
The woman, who posted anonymously on Reddit's Relationship Advice thread, described the “super fucked up situation” as she asked fellow users for advice on how to deal with it while still living at home with “her and my parents… and feeling all rude and behaved lovingly. pigeon'.
The Reddit user used the pseudonym “Jackie” to refer to her friend, who she “met online a few years ago during the first set of” [Covid] closures'.
She was 18 at the time and Jackie was 16.
She continued, “Jackie had something she wanted to do where she joked about finding my parents attractive.
“She told me my dad was handsome, or that she had sex with my mom, whatever.
“I countered and we laughed, all in good fun.”
The woman then explained how her 52-year-old father and 50-year-old mother had recently “sat me and my two younger sisters down and told us they were opening their marriage” and wanted the girls to “meet their new partner.” because they felt a 'strong connection' with them.

“Well, surprise, surprise,” she wrote. “Their new partner comes to visit and it's Jackie.”
During a heated argument, the woman discovered that her parents had met Jackie on a “third party couples search website” and had no idea she was the same person their daughter was friends with.
“For context, since we met online and the times we met in person, whether at her house or at college, at my college, or at a third location for both of us, my parents have never seen Jackie in person. she explained.
However, Jackie knew exactly what her parents looked like, considering all the times she had expressed her attraction to them.
When the woman confronted Jackie, she “explained that she always told me she was attracted to my parents, and she didn't think I would mind that much,” her message read.
Her parents, meanwhile, dismissed her concerns about their “alternative lifestyle,” explaining “they were all adults… and happy together.”
The woman was also told that Jackie would be sleeping with her parents in their bedroom, adding: At that point I was so disgusted and angry that I left the house for the rest of the day.
“When I got back that night, everyone was in bed and I'm 99 percent sure I heard them having sex, which made me throw up.”
The woman described the “super confusing situation” as she asked fellow users for advice on how to deal with it, while still living at home with “her and my parents…all acting rude and amorous.”
She ended the bizarre post by asking for advice on how she could continue living in the same house with her parents “who paid for her co-worker and Jackie” who “certainly had intercourse at night.”
“She knowingly started a relationship with my parents, and my parents knowingly started a relationship with someone younger than one of their children,” the woman said.
'I just feel sick and horrible, and I have no idea what to do anymore. How can I continue to have a relationship with them while this is happening?'
The woman's post sparked strong reactions in the comments section, with several people questioning whether her story was true.
Some compared it to “rage bait,” while others said it sounded “fake as hell.”
The woman later addressed accusations that she had made up the incident in one of her replies, writing: “I wish it was fake but unfortunately it isn't.”
She later refuted the criticism, saying that Reddit users were so “irony poisoned that they forget that truly improbable things happen in life.”
In response to the person who said she should move out at the earliest, she said, “It's not really an option for me.”
'I'm still studying (which my parents pay for) and working for minimum wage.'
Still others criticized her “nasty” parents for sleeping with a “LITERAL teenager.”
“That's perverse (I said what I said),” one said, adding that they “definitely condemned them.”
Another wrote: 'These parents are dirty and have appropriate boundary issues. Open your damn marriage if you want, but not with your kid's best friend.
“Damn creeps.”
The woman responded that her parents reiterated that they had a “very deep bond” with Jackie when she told them how uncomfortable the situation made her.
Several people urged the woman to find alternative living arrangements, such as moving in with her grandparents or relatives who might have a “spare room or at least a couch to sleep on” so she can focus on her studies.
One Reddit user also advised the woman that she should “completely shut down Jackie” and distance herself from her parents after graduation.
“I'm petty and would do the bare minimum when celebrating your graduation because I can guarantee she'll be there too,” they continued.
Several people suggested that Jackie targeted the woman's parents so she could “get a sugar mommy and daddy out of it.”
“Your ex boyfriend definitely targeted them,” one user said. 'Otherwise what are the chances? These apps have an age limit.
“Hell, since you still live there I would cut off all contact with your ex-girlfriend, don't even look at her when she talks to you.”
Some advised reporting Jackie's behavior to her parents and then “eliminating this nightmare from your life.”
The woman later confirmed that she had moved in with her grandparents because “staying in that house was not healthy for me.”
