Tommy and Molly met on ITV's Love Island in 2019 and were together for five years before announcing their split last summer.
The couple welcomed their daughter Bambi in January 2023 before getting engaged in September that year.
But Tommy and Molly put their relationship problems aside when they got together for Bambi's birthday.
Tommy shared photos of the decorations in the country house they used to share – themed around the children's book The Tiger Who Came To Tea.
He shared with fans that it was her favorite story before sharing a sweet video of Bambi as a newborn.
He wrote in the caption of the photo taken at the hospital: “How time has gone so fast!!!”
Molly also took to her Story to share photos with Bambi ahead of the big party.
Alongside a photo with Bambi that she posted on Wednesday evening, she said: 'Last night as my one year old. Mommy loves you more than words can ever explain.”

It comes as Molly broke down in tears on Wednesday as she watched old videos of herself navigating motherhood with her newborn daughter Bambi – just before her birthday.
The influencer shared the emotional clip on Instagram with her 8.4 million followers, saying she “knew she knew the best of times were just around the corner” as she cradled the newborn while trying to warm up a bottle.
Molly looked exhausted in the clip as she went make-up free and asked Nurse Zoe if she had tested the milk when she was handed the bottle.
Zoe replied: 'No, I don't know how to do that, how do I do that?' Molly also looked unsure before saying, “Let's just try.”
In the caption, Molly said she is now “loving motherhood.”
She wrote: 'I was looking through old photos… and found this video that made me cry! I wish I knew then what I know now… that the best of times are just around the corner.
“To my other new moms who resonate with this video…the best times are yet to come.
