Tom Brady is exploring the possible sale of his Florida mansion 'Billionaire Bunker' after receiving offers exceeding $150 million, according to reports.

Brady's recently completed property is on Florida's Indian Creek Island, the VIP enclave where property values have soared since Jeff Bezos spent $90 million on his third home there last year.

Nearly five years after he paid $17 million to acquire the lot with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, Bloomberg reports that the legendary NFL quarterback has shown his Creek Island mansion to a small group of potential buyers.

Although not yet officially listed on the market, the luxurious two-acre home has already attracted offers of more than $150 million, with talks ongoing and no guarantee they will end in a sale.

If Brady, 47, were to sell the property for that amount, it would go down as the largest home sale in Miami history, surpassing the previous record of $107 million set by billionaire hedge fund manager Ken Griffin when he bought a home in the neighborhood Coconut Grove. back in 2022.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner built his expensive home from scratch after purchasing the lot from Bundchen in 2020.

DailyMail.com previously revealed that Brady, reportedly worth more than $500 million, did not invest anything in purchasing the property, opting instead to take out a mortgage for the full amount plus the option to borrow an additional $17 million to borrow.

As seen in aerial photographs from above Indian Creek last year, it features an enviable garden, where a variety of vegetables and flowers appeared to grow across eight congruent rectangular plots.

Brady recently added a boat dock and pickleball court to the property, including a private basketball court, an outdoor infinity pool and a tree-lined driveway leading to a multi-car garage.

His house also faces the water and has a golf course behind it. According to The Sun, it is protected by a private police force of 13 people.

When he and Bundchen split in October 2022, the New England Patriots icon took on the building's renovations while his ex-wife went on to buy her own home across the waterway.

Bündchen had paid $1.3 million for a three-bedroom waterfront home in Surfside before going their separate ways, which she renovated, according to construction documents.

She then spent $11.5 million on a 6,000-square-foot, five-bed property a few doors down from the smaller house and opposite her former husband's home.

Brady, who called time on his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, moved to South Florida after retiring in 2023.

This year he embarked on a new career in broadcasting after inking a 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox Sports.

However, Brady has recently come under fire for an alleged conflict of interest related to his new role as minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

His heavy involvement in Las Vegas' search for a new head coach has led many to question his impartiality as a Fox commentator; including when he worked the Commanders-Lions game last Saturday, not long after interviewing then-Detroit OC Ben Johnson.

But despite the outcry over combining the two positions, Brady has ruled out an early exit from Fox in one season of his 10-year, $375 million contract.

During an appearance on the FS1 show 'The Herd', he said: “To see what it's like from a different perspective, I've played on the field for so many years, I've watched so many games from the sidelines, now I'm standing there in the booth and see it from a different perspective, and I enjoyed the whole process of diving into all these different teams. It has been enormous growth for me in one year.

“I really can't wait to see what it looks like in year two and well beyond. I have nine years left on my deal and maybe longer, you never know…

“If Fox wants me and I want to go [on]We'll just keep going because it's been a lot of fun so far.'
