Marilyn Manson will not be charged in a series of cases of domestic violence and assault.
Manson, 56, real name Brian Hugh Warner was accused by a dozen women of sexual abuse, rape and torture and has strongly denied all accusations.
Public prosecutor Nathan Hochman of Los Angeles announced on Friday that his office will not submit no charge against Manson after a four -year investigation.
He said: 'We have established that accusations of domestic violence fall outside the limitation period and we cannot prove accusations of assault without reasonable doubt.
'We acknowledge and welcome the courage and resilience of the women who have emerged to make reports and share their experiences, and we thank them for their cooperation and patience with the research.
“Although we cannot charge a complaint in this case, we acknowledge that the strong advocacy of the women involved has contributed to a greater awareness of the challenges that survivors of domestic violence and assault are confronted.”

In 2023, Manson set up lawsuits of two women, including Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco.
The sheriff department of Los Angeles County investigated Manson for 19 months before they handed over the evidence to the public prosecutors in 2022.

Manson tightened a lawsuit because of reproach against Wood and her girlfriend, Illma Gore, because of what he calls 'malignant' and 'false' accusations of sexual abuse, who 'gave his successful music, TV and film career'.
Manson filed the indictment in March 2022 against the Westworld actress prior to the release of her HBO documentary Phoenix Rising: Don't Fall.

Esme Bianco's lawsuit accused Manson of assault, sexual abuse and human trafficking while they were dating in 2011.
She claimed that he had locked her up in a bedroom in his apartment in West Hollywood to prevent her from fleeing, and that he would not let her eat or sleep without his permission.
Bianco claimed in her lawsuit that was tightened in April 2021 that Manson regularly abused her verbally, robbed her sleep and food, bite her, cut and electrocuted without her permission; And raped her together during their two years.
