The mother of a young man who is accused of attacking two off-duty agents, cried in court after looking at the images of her son who reportedly stamps on the head of an officer.
Koby Weaver, 20, appeared via Video-link over the shocking alleged attack that unfolded in Newtown on Friday evening, shortly after Weaver's friend Danai Danai DeiderhavSein is accused of stealing an Ubereats bag from an Oportos.

DeiderhavSein is said to try to stamp on the officer's head, but he protected his face with his hands.
The exchange of words then fell to the busy main street of Enmore Road, where Weaver reportedly pulled people off the fight before he stamped on the head of the second officer while he was lying on the floor.
Images of the fight taken from a mobile phone on a balcony were played before the court, with the pathogenic sound of the second officer who hit the ground that was easily heard about the background noise of the street, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
The second officer was eliminated and an off-Duty nurse joined him and carried out resuscitation to regulate his breathing until paramedics arrived.
