Former Fox Sports analyst and Pundit Skip Bayless stood alongside themselves in the aftermath of choosing his favorite football team in a new recruitment for head coaching.

Bayless, who was mentioned in a lawsuit by a former Fox stylist who claims that he offered her millions to have sex with him, was upset that his beloved Dallas Cowboys decided to make an internal rent.

Instead of choosing one of the external candidates with which the cowboys were linked – such as Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore or head coach of the University of Colorado Deion Sanders – Tey owner Jerry Jones decided to promote offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer to the Topbaan.

After the decision was made, Bayless offered a 15 -minute reaction (apparently in the middle of his training) to the rent.

Bayless said his family was waiting for him for dinner, when 'the news broke and it broke me in two. And I just said, “I have to get it from my chest, I have to unleash.”

'My worst nightmare is now my Dallas Cowboy reality. I don't know how much more I can take. The best buddy from Mike McCarthy has just replaced him as the next Mike McCarthy – Quote -Unquote “head coach” of my Dallas Cowboys; Translation: Next in line to be Jerry Jones' doll, is Brian Schottenheimer.

“I was shot in my heart, I was shot in the gut. I was shot by Schotty … If you told me this a week ago, I would have laughed in your face. '

Bayless kept screaming for a few minutes – complaining about the decision to raise a coach who initially came to the team as an analyst because he was 'out of a job'.

The 73-year-old then was about possible candidates who could have had the cowboys both out of season (Brian Flores, Pete Carroll, Ben Johnson [hired by Chicago]Aaron Glenn [hired by the Jets]and Kellen Moore) and in previous seasons (Dan Quinn van Washington, Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh).

After he had taken over people who did not choose Dallas, he then aimed his anger at the infamous owner of the cowboys.

“We're dead with Jerry Jones. Stuck … Jerry is going to try to sell him – mark my words, I told you this from the start – he will try to sell him as a chip of a great old block, Ol 'Marty Schottenheimer, highly respected coach.

'Yes, he was very respected, but he was just a very good coach, he was not great. What was Marty known for? Don't win the big. Oh, his son should make the perfect head coach for the Dallas Cowboys. '

Marty Schottenheimer was indeed known for producing great teams that did not win in the play -offs. He made the late season in 13 of his 21 seasons who coached the Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Redskins and San Diego Chargers – but never passed the play -offs' championships.

Bayless kept hammering: 'Brian Schottenheimer? He coaches 28 years in the National Football League. 28 years! And he changed jobs 13 times. What does you say about Brian Schottenheimer? Why should you change jobs 13 times if you are that guy – if you are destined to be the coach of the Dallas Cowboys? '

He continued: 'He has never been a head coach because in 28 years he was never offered a task for the head coaching. He is 51 years old and nobody in the National Football League – so far – has offered him a task of the head coaching. Why, why, why, why? '

Schottenheimer has been coaching for 28 years, but not everything has been in the NFL.

He started as an assistant with the St. Louis Rams before he joined the Chiefs to the Chiefs's staff.

After short stitches such as the broad recipient coach at Syracuse and the tight end coach at USC, Brian and his father reunited the Quarterbacks coach of the Redskins. After that one season he made the move with Marty to San Diego – while retaining his the same function.

Brian received his first major coaching performance as an attacking coordinator for the New York Jets from 2006-2011. At that time he coached the attack for back-to-back AFC Championship Game performances.

He then jumped back to St. Louis and was three seasons the rams -offensive coordinator, who never made the play -offs once.

After a single season as OC at the University of Georgia, Schottenheimer returned to the NFL to be the quarterbacks coach at the Indianapolis Colts for two seasons.

He then spent three seasons as the attacking coordinator under Carroll with the Seattle Seahawks – which made the play – offs all three years old, but never passed the division round.

A unique season in 2021 when the passing game coordinator at the Jacksonville Jaguars led to his current team, Dallas. After a season as an analyst, Schottenheimer was promoted yesterday yesterday to attacking coordinator and then head coach.

In his first season as an offensive coordinator in Dallas, the Cowboys were top five in total attack, top three in passing attack and the number one scoring attack in the competition. Nevertheless, Dallas fell at home on the seven -seed Green Bay Packers.

This season the cowboys were impeded by injuries – especially for Quarterback Roof Prescott – and they were unable to get the right attacking weapons to succeed.

Now Dallas starts an offsean of uncertainty, since the team has to be led again for their first campaign under Schottenheimer.
