A moving video from Melania Trump that comforts the victims of the La Wildfire in her native language has become viral.
In a video placed on X by user Johnny Maga, a 30-second clip shows the First Lady who speaks with a woman in Slovenian, her mother tongue, who comforted her after the devastating loss caused by the Palisades fires.
The clip has collected 2.4 million views.
A little known fact about Melania is that she has a natural tendency to languages and speaks six: Italian, French, German, English, Serbian and Slovenian.
A commentator translated their exchange and revealed that the woman introduced herself in the Serbian and said she had lived in California since her childhood.
Melania asked about her family, and the woman answered and mixed Serbian and Slovenian, that she had two sons.
President Trump also visited California to investigate the destruction of the natural fire.
