Shameful city minister Tulip Siddiq is confronted with calls to make as a member of parliament after a corruption investigation.

Mrs. Siddiq resigned this month as Minister of Finance after she and family members were accused of transferring £ 3.9 billion from Bangladesh through her aunt, the expelled Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of the country.

Mrs. Siddiq denied the allegations and referred himself to the independent adviser for ministerial standards, Sir Laurie Magnus, who concluded Mrs. Siddiq that the public 'misled' by denying that she had received a King's Cross flat as a gift.

This weekend, however, Tories launched a campaign for her to stand in Hampstead and Highgate, with a petition tomorrow that demands that she is confronted with her voters.

Folders referred to an e -mail report on its alleged involvement in the eclipse of £ 3.9 billion.

Senior Tory officer in Camden David Douglas said that she is “not the nice little girl that everyone thinks she is.”

Mrs. Siddiq finally stopped her Treasury Post on January 14, 26 days after the post revealed that she was confronted with a large corruption probe in Bangladesh.

The anti-corruption minister and good friend of Sir Keir Starmer resigned after the Labor leader was effectively advised to fire her about her ties with her aunt's regime in Dhaka.

Sir Laurie Magnus, the prime minister's ethical adviser, said that it was 'regrettable' that Mrs. Siddiq had no longer been alert to the reputation risks of her family ties with the deposited former prime minister of Bangladesh.

He also described her inability as regrettable to provide convincing evidence that the tax and financing schemes for the houses they used with Sheikh Hasina were 'in order'.

After Mrs. Siddiq was accused of lying to the post on Sunday about whom she had given her a flat, Sir Laurie said that it was 'unhappy' that she was forced to correct the record.

He concluded that although she had not broken the ministerial code and he had not identified 'proof of inaccuracies'-Sir Keir' should consider its continuous responsibilities as Minister of Anti-corruption.

Despite the damn advice from Sir Laurie, the Prime Minister – a good personal friend and political ally of Mrs. Siddiq – told her that the door remains open for you in his answer.

He said he accepted the resignation of his city minister “with grief” and said she had made a “difficult decision.”

The treatment of Mrs. Siddiq differs considerably from that of former transport secretary Louise Haigh, who almost immediately stopped after questions about a conviction of fraud.

Last night the Labor party did not comment.
