'Let me be clear, this government has already signed up housing developments, data center infrastructure to support the AI and Tech industries, we have supported onshore wind developments. We have supported a number of developments to get our country growing again,” Reeves said.

She is expected to use her speech on growth next week to support the proposed third runway at Heathrow Airport, in west London, and to endorse expansion at Gatwick and Luton.
