An asylum seeker attacked a police officer shortly after he was dismissed from the community service because he had attacked another agent for health and safety regulations.
The Jordanian citizen Mustafa Al Mbaidin pushed and spit into Dorset PC Ian Leslie, only two weeks after he appeared in court for attacking another officer.
On that occasion, 28-year-old agent Selina Swan pushed and hit her on her head while he was arrested for drunkenness and disorderly behavior.
When he appeared in court on July 16 last year, his lawyer argued for Al Mbaidin Could not get community service because he does not speak English.
This would have caused 'problems with health and safety legislation at work'. He received conditional dismissal for twelve months.
But only fourteen days later he got drunk again and caused a confrontation on the beach of Bournemouth.
While Agent Leslie took him handcuffs, he pushed the agent and spit to him, but there was no connection.
Al Mbaidin was charged and released on bail, but did not appear on November 26 for the Poole Magistrates' Court.
He was back in court with an Arab interpreter last Friday when he pleaded guilty of mistreating a care provider by hitting him and not surrendering to the bail at the agreed time.

On that occasion, 28-year-old agent Selina Swan pushed and hit her on her head while he was arrested for drunkenness and disorderly behavior. He appeared in court on July 16, when his lawyer argued that already Mbaidin could not get community service because he does not speak English.
Al Mbaidin is from Jordan, but came to Great Britain via Turkey.
He now lives in Portsmouth, Hampshire, but stayed in a hotel in Bournemouth when he committed the crimes.
Nicola Rees, prosecutor, said: 'The (second) incident brings him contrary to his conditional dismissal that was imposed earlier that month.
“That dismissal was granted because of the crimes drunk and disorderly and the mistreatment of a PC Swan.
“After he was arrested for drunkenness and disorderly behavior, he pushed PC Swan into the chest before he walked away to his hotel where he was arrested.”
During his first hearing, the court was told that already Mbaidin usually does not drink and that this was outside of his character for him.
Guy Gosheron, who defended the case, said that his client “had drowned his grief on the status of his asylum application” before he attacked PC Leslie.
He said that his client reacted that way because he had recently hurt his wrist and the handcuffs that were made around him hurt him.
Mr. Gosheron said: 'On the one hand, we are dealing with a pushing delivery and on the other hand spitting to, but no connection with, an officer.
'Neither can I justify, but both are at the bottom of the spectrum.
“The Lord Al Mbaidin clearly had difficulty setting up in his new existence in Great Britain. He was not at all satisfied with him that he could stay in the country for a long time.
“He started to drown his grief in alcohol.
'On the day there were people who took the time to clear waste from the beach, he took on the task of joining them.
'Because of this he came in more detail with one of the beach users who took offense to various things that were taken by the accused.
'It was a rather unfortunate coincidence that led to the police being called and the suspect was arrested and fascinated.
“He still suffered from a broken wrist.
'The handcuffs were too tight to comfort him, but he could not explain himself in English and he could not convince the police officer to loosen them.
“Because he could not explain his situation, he spit to the police officer.”
To violate the bail, Mr. Gosheron said that his client simply 'had the day wrong' for his lawsuit.
He added: “He would like to apologize to the police officer and will follow every order for unpaid work.”
Despite the earlier care, head magistrate Colin Stupack Al Mbaidin as a community service sentence of 250 hours and ordered him PC Leslie to pay compensation of £ 50.
Nothing was said about the right of Al Mbaidin to stay in Great Britain.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of the Interior said that they do not comment on individual cases, but that foreigners who commit crimes can expect them to be deported as quickly as possible if that is appropriate.
