A councilor in New Jersey is taken under fire after an embarrassing video of him who was swearing in an agent during a traffic stop was released.
Councilor Theodore Holloway was recorded on the camera images of the police who had a collapse after he had persuaded because he reportedly did not enter a stop sign at a stop sign.
The agent approached Holloway when he was sitting on the driver's seat with a hat and a camo jacket.
Before the agent even arrives at the Holloway window, the councilor can be heard shout: “You can't be serious!”. Later in the stop he asks “you know who I am?”
Holloway and the officer initially seemed to have a friendly relationship and seemed to know each other. The councilor was quickly pressed on the officer why he was drawn.
When the officer told him that he was not stopping at the stopboard, Holloway was visibly surprised when he has his head to the agent Vande.

Police officers report to the police chief and the police are under the jurisdiction of the mayor. Council members have the authority to appoint subordinate officers of the city.
Mayor John Giovannitti of Paulboro clarified to a local radio station in New Jersey that the council is 'by no means' of the boss of government services, including the police.
Giovannitti added that the behavior was 'not characteristic' of Holloway and described the councilor as a 'dedicated member of the community'.
Holloway and the officer kept going back and forth while the councilor pushed back: “I stopped, you saw my tail lights!”

Holloway set a campaign for his place on the town of Pensboro Board Body.

In the meantime, a second officer arrived on the spot and approached Holloway's vehicle. Holloway quickly asked the officer if he knew who he was.
While the officers were waiting outside the vehicle, Holloway seemed to call the police chief. “Why do you treat me like I'm a bastard *** there?” Said Holloway on the phone.
Holloway then told the officers that they 'wasted tax money' and wasted their own money that 'he pays them'.
The officer decided to give Holloway not a quote for the traffic stop, but quoted him for driving with an expired registration.
The body camera images were initially obtained by NJ Advance Media and have since become viral on social media.
The internet was shocked to see the images and users were not shy about their reactions in the reactions.

Councilor Holloway still has to respond publicly to the incident. Dailymail.com put his hand out to Holloway, mayor Giovannitti, and the police of Paatsboro for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
