A lawyer in Florida is said to have fueled a huge fight over Prime Rib after two young girls cut him in line at a wedding buffet.
Mark Roher, 52, is accused of hitting a sign over the head of a man after two children skipped him in line at a Prime Rib Snijstation on January 18 in Boca Lago Country Club, according to a Palm Beach County's Office Report .
The victim, who was the father of one of the children, “ignored the man who shouted and did not respond” when Roher confronted him, the police said in the report, according to Dayton24/7 now.
'Without provocation, the big, bald man [Roher] the slimmer man hit the head with a plate. From there, a melee between a large number of wedding guests started. '
A waiter at the location told the police that the board broke when Roher reportedly hit the other man. Allegedly, more dishes were crushed when other guests were involved in the chaos.
The victim said in the police report that he tried to “remove himself from the situation” and turned away from Roher as soon as he started to be agitated, according to Bocanewsnow.

He then remembered that he was hit with a plate and pushed by Roher before he grabbed him by his collar. A witness confirmed this story with the police.
At arrest, Roher refused to talk to the authorities and asked to contact his lawyer. He later spoke with the police and admitted that he initiated the conflict.
He reportedly told the police that he pushed the father, but denied breaking a plate over his head. Roher also said he was injured when the other guests tried to pull him away.
“I find a likely cause that Mark Stuart Roher is contrary to the status of Florida, because he actually and deliberately touched the victim and deliberately used a sign as a weapon,” wrote the arresting representative, according to Bocanewsnow.
Roher was accused of a heavy battery with a deadly weapon and was saved from the prison of Palm Beach County after his $ 1,000 binding was met.
According to the Florida Bar organization, Roher is specialized in bankruptcy and commercial disputes and has his own law firm.
