A Voyeur claimed that he thought Great Britain allowed the LBGTQ community to use all the toilets after he was arrested to spy a woman in a ladies' toilet.
Plumber Ivan Blidar, 37, was held for voyeurism media after being caught on the victim over the cupboard wall in a McDonalds restaurant in the Liverpool city center.
When he was questioned by the police about his actions, Beardar said that he identified himself as a woman, was homosexual and was wearing people of 'non-traditional sexual orientation' in the UK, a 'choice' toilets to use.
He claimed that he had previously used both the ladies and gentlemen without problems and added that it was 'common' for men to go to women's toilets in London, where he lived for six years.
But a district judge at Sefton Magistrates Court rejected Blidar's account as 'not credible' and condemned him that he would observe a person who did a private law.
Blidar, from Chingford in North Londs, visited Liverpool prior to catching a flight to Estonia from John Lennon Airport on August 21, 2022.
At 4 o'clock in the morning a woman – who is not called – went to the toilet with a friend while visiting McDonalds in the city center after a night out.
While she looked in, she looked up and saw the suspect look at her over the cupboard.

The woman, who is in the twenties, said: 'I sat down on the toilet and then looked up and I saw a man staring at me on the toilet. He peered over the wall and looked at me. I got up from the toilet and walked.
“I just felt that my privacy was taken away from me.”
After he was arrested, Blidar told officers that he originally went to the male toilets 'but it was busy and there was a queue'.
When asked if he understood that there was a female toilet and a male toilet, he said he “understood that he had a choice because he was a homosexual.”
Public Prosecutor Andrew Sinker said: 'The suspect also went into the female toilets and while the complainant was in the toilet, she looked up and saw a man looking at her over the cupboard.
'She then left the cupboard and reported the case to security staff. The police were then contacted and the suspect was arrested.
“He explained that he first went to the male toilet, but it was busy and there was a queue, then he approached the female toilet and knocked on the door. He believed there was no one, but while he heard in the closet that he entered the two women.
“He said he wasn't watching her. The suspect was then asked if he understood that there was a female toilet and a male toilet, but the suspect replied that he had understood that he had a choice because he was a homosexual.

“The interview officer said that signs clearly demonstrated that they were female and male toilets, but the suspect stated that he understood that people with non-traditional sexual orientations had a choice about which toilet to use.”
“He said he didn't do anything for sexual satisfaction. He said he was not interested in girls. '
CCTV initially showed Blidar on his way to the men's toilet, but he does not push the door or goes inside.
He then pays to the women's bathroom and is in the cupboard opposite the door of the toilets where the victim would come after him.
As evidence, he claimed that he had only placed over the wall of the cupboard because he believed that the women did cocaine in the toilet.
By speaking a Russian translator, Blidar added: 'As far as I know, there is no law in this country that would forbid women to use the male toilets and men using the female toilets.
“I identify as a woman. I am gay and I think I could choose which toilet I use. In London, in the pubs, it is common. But I always first check if someone is inside first.
'I heard a conversation between two ladies and I understood, one of them spoke to someone by telephone about how she is going to consume cocaine

“I heard that sound they took cocaine, so I looked. One of the girls saw me and got scared. I also got scared. She ran out of the cupboard.
“I ran out of the cupboard behind her. When I came out of the closet, I tried to apologize to her apologize that I got scared. I spent a long time at the police station.
His lawyer Mr. Nigel Beeson said: “My client has given an explanation. It may not be one that came to me a week ago, but he has given a statement and it was not undermined by the CCTV or the other proof. '
But district judge Timothy Boswell said to Blidar: 'The complainant was noticeably emotional in her evidence and she was clearly never used drugs.
'I found her evidence clear and credible and I am sure she will tell the truth. I am afraid to say that I do not find the suspect credible. In his interview, the suspect said he was a homosexual and he understood that he meant that he had a choice of which toilet to use. In his evidence he went on and said he identifies himself as a woman.
“But when he was examined about this issue, he seemed to struggle in my opinion to give clear answers why he went to the female toilets.
“His evidence about this issue was often vague and inconsistent. What the CCTV shows is that he is waiting for the female toilet to be clear, so that he can enter the cabins without anyone being aware of what he does. I am sure that was for sexual satisfaction. '
Blidar became awaiting the punishment in March.
