A young man is stabbed to death with the blades on the run.
The man was attacked on Shellharbour Road in Dunmore, on the NSW South Coast, shortly before 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Paramedics tried to treat the man, but he died on the spot.
It still has to be formally identified.
“A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of the man started, with the help of the murder team of the Staatscrime command,” said NSW -Politie in a statement.
