A Spurs fan, furious by the local MP David Lammy to be seen in the executive boxes of the club, sent eight early morning 'roughly offensive' drunk emails, including someone who has a 'racing-baiting c *** him “called, a court heard.

Company director Matthew Rumsby, 43, also complained about the Minister of Foreign Affairs who defended mass immigration in the capital and forced him from his home town of London.

“I'm not going to games while you're MP for Tottenham,” he said, before he accused the Labor MP of hating white people.

“I am just a white-born white person pushed from London,” he wrote in a follow-up e-mail.

Last week he argued guilty of sending eight e -mails of indecent or coarse offensive character for causing suffering or fear of Mr Lammy.

Hounslow-born Rumsby, from Southend-on-Sea, Essex, was told that he would end up in prison for the eruption and was saved to return for conviction on 24 February.

He is mentioned as a business director at his family business, buys and sells houses and rents them in Essex.

Wearing a dark blue suit, white shirt and blue tie Rumsby only spoke to confirm his name, date of birth and address.

Public Prosecutor Nathan Paine-Davey told Westminster Magistrates 'Court on Thursday:' Eight e-mails were sent to David Lammy MP's office. '

They were intercepted by a male intern and reported to the police.

All were sent from the personal E -mail account of Rumsby, which contains its full name and birther between 4.32 hours and 4.39 hours.

In the first e-mail he describes father of three Lammy, who has been MP since 2000 for Tottenham, as a “racing c ***.”

“You hate white people,” the e -mail continued.

Rumby stated that he was 'P *** Ed Off' that he saw Lammy and Labor colleagues enjoy the executive boxes of the club as Tottenham Hotspur supporter and Labor colleagues.

'I am forced to live with my 73-year-old father. I don't have a pot to go in, “he said.

“I was born in Hounslow. I hate London and you have pushed us for immigrants.

“People outside the M25 hate you.”

In his e-mails, Rumsby also complained about a lump in his eye and his local Jobcentre who placed him on a long-term illness.

“The last conservative government was a couple of N*Beads. I have lost confidence in labor and conservatives.

“I'm not going to games while you're MP for Tottenham.”

Rumsby, who has no criminal convictions, but a caution for intimidation in 2008, was quickly traced and arrested and admitted that he wrote the e -mails of his account.

'Guardianship is in mind, so I will invite you to ask for a pre-sentence report district judge Tan Ikram told Gerard Shaw, defensively.

“That will be on an all options,” said Mr. Shaw. “The problems he has are of mental health that he has not received any help so far.

'He also has problems with alcohol and all e -mails were sent in the early hours when he was seriously intoxicated.

“He has himself with alcohol medicines for his mental health problems.”

The prosecution began at the Magistrates Court of Chelmsford, but was transferred to Westminster because of the sensitivity of the case and the prominent victim was the current Minister of Foreign Affairs.

“Return here on February 24,” Judge Ikram told Rumsby. 'I will grant your conditional bail and ensure that you meet those conditions.

'I leave all options open. In this case, the focus is on deterrent and punishment. '

Rumsby was saved on conditions that he does not contact Lammy or another parliamentary member or personally visit a parliamentary building or office. '
