Vivek Ramaswamy spoke on Monday evening about his departure from the Ministry of Government Efficiency, making it in the hands of Elon Musk before it even gets off the ground.
RamasWamy, 39, sat down with Jesse Waters from Fox News and teased a future run for the state office – because it is generally expected to announce a gubernatorial bid in Ohio.
Waters joked that Ramaswamy did Dog left 'after three scaramuccis' and asked him what happened, because it was previously reported that Musk wanted him.
'Well, the reality is that I will soon follow a chosen office. We will have an announcement soon, “RamasWamy replied.
Waters then asked Ramaswamy about the rumors that he and Musk could not get along.
“I think that's incorrect,” RamasWamy replied. “But what I would say is that we had different and complementary approaches.”
Waters also immediately asked Ramaswamy if Musk had fired him.
“It is – no, we had a mutual discussion,” replied the Republican hopeful 2024. “And I think I wish him the best.”
Vivek Ramaswamy denied that he had been fired by Elon Musk, but confirmed that he left the newly created department of government efficiency before it even gets off the ground
Ramaswamy also explained their 'different' approaches.
“I concentrated more on a constitutional right, on a legislative -based approach,” he said. “They focused more on a technology approach, which is the future approach.”
“No better person to lead that technology, digital approach than Elon Musk,” he offered.
“But when you talk about a constitutional generation, this is not only done by the federal government, it is done by federalism, where states are also at the forefront,” he continued. “So I will soon have to say more about that Jesse, but that will be my next stop.”
He also claimed that he and Musk were 'on the same page'.
“Share and conquer,” he explained. 'When saving the country, it is not a one -man show from top to bottom or bottom. It is all the above. And I am for that. '
Ramaswamy further teased the bid of a Governor of Ohio by saying that he later flew back to the state of Buckeye on Monday evening.
'We are watching the country for the past 20 years, Silicon Valley was at the bleeding edge of the American economy. I think the Ohio River Valley can be on the bleeding edge of the American economy for the next 20 years, “he said, preparing his pitch to voters.
Vivek Ramaswamy was asked by Jesse Watters from Fox News or he was fired from Doge – the Department of Government Efficiency – by Elon Musk (left). President Donald Trump (right) had ordered Musk and Ramaswamy to be co-leaders of the project
“People who leave this state from New York or California are now going to Florida or Texas,” he said. “I think places like Ohio should be where they are going in the coming decades.”
Waters said the weather in Ohio could even improve in the coming years.
“Okay, if global warming continues to happen, it gets really fun and sunny in Ohio,” said Fox News anchor.
Ramaswamy, when he announces, the attorney -general Dave Yost from Ohio to the Republican Primary will follow.
They will compete for the term limited GOV GOV. Mike Dewine to replace.
Ramaswamy ran against Trump in the GOP-Primary 2024, but when he fell in the Caucuses of Iowa last January, approved and campaigned for the now president.
