A Chatted Hollywood producer and former child actor told a court that he performed CPR on two women before they died after a wild night fed by alcohol and drugs.
David Pearce is accused of the horrible death of Christy Giles, 24, a model and aspiring actress, and the architect Hilda Cabrales-Arzola, which was born in Mexican, whose bodies were dumped in two separate hospitals in Los Angeles by Pearce and a roommate On November and a roommate on November and a roommate on November and a roommate on November and a roommate on November and a roommate on November and a roommate on November and a roommate on November by Pearce and a roommate on November 14, 2021.
Both women were drugged with a fatal cocktail from Fentanyl, ketamine, cocaine, heroine, MDMA and the rape drug GHB.
In Tuesday's testimony on the ninth floor of Los Angeles Superior Court, his second day told the stands, Pearce, 43, both women tried to breathe new life into life.
The two friends drank red wine and did cocaine in Pearce's Beverly Hills house with his friend, Michael Ansbach, he told the court, after returning from a rave at 5 o'clock.
Pearce said that in the course of the previous afternoon and evening he witnessed Ansbach, 20 times cola, but never a person witnessed the women who used drugs.
Pearce's roommate, actor Brandt Osborn, was with the group at the rave but went to bed when they came home. Pearce said he had left the women alone with Ansbach, 50, while he cleaned up a mess that his dog had left in the bathroom.
He testified that the dog, left alone with just a bowl of water, had 'destroyed' the bathroom. He was then busy cleaning up the mess, washing the dog and taking a short walk.

Christy Giles, 24, and Hilda Marcela Cabrales Arzola, 26, died in November 2021 after he was dumped in separate hospitals by masked men.
He said he was 35 minutes alone to deal with the pet and Anbach had heard that the women offer an expensive Pinot Noir. 'When he finished the dog, he returned and saw them fainting and snoring.
The time was 6.30 am, said Pearce, who remembered that “the sun came up.” He said he remembered that he saw three empty wine bottles and 'powder on a glass table' and that 'powder was everywhere'.
“It seemed that she was too drunk and fainting,” Pearce told court. He said he didn't see the women doing ketamine or other medicines.
He said he was 'worried' about Giles and tried to wake her up two or three times. 'He then picked her up and put her in bed in a guest room with a bottle of water and a garbage bin next to the bed in case she crossed.
He then wore Cabrales-Arzola on his bed, again with a bottle of water and a container. Pearce said he went to bed at 7 am and slept on the right side of the bed next to her.
Earlier in the court case, public prosecutors said that Pearce's DNA was found under her clothing, on her breasts and genitals. DNA was also found under her fingernails.
Peace testified that he had touched Cabrales-Arzola alone when he picked her up.
Later in the afternoon Pearce was more concerned about Giles and started performing resuscitation. “I started to do breast compressions and resuscitation. She showed signs of breath and life, “he said.
Pearce said he witnessed Ansbach in the course of the previous afternoon and in the evening.
While both Giles (left) and Cabrales (right) were found with heroin in their systems, their families and friends insist that the women would never have taken the drug willingly
“Her breathing improved. She responded in a positive way to the breast compressions and mouth to contaminated resuscitation.
“I hoped that she would respond positively and avoid where she was in.” Pearce did not call 911.
Pearce tried to lift Giles, but she enlightened herself over him, Osborn testified. “He said,” I can't go that way, “and so he had three minutes of shower and changed his clothes.”
Pearce and Osborn then took Giles to an area hospital, with masks, before they fled.
On the way from the hospital, the duo called Ansbach – who had slept on a couch that evening – to ask how Cabrales -Arzola did and was told that she was “good,” Pearce said.
But once back they noticed that she had deteriorated and again Pearce performed resuscitation. “I did everything I could,” said Pearce, who said he “performed breast compressions.” Again, he didn't call emergency services.
Pearce said he was wearing Cabrales-Arzola on his bed, again with a bottle of water and a container. He claimed that he went to bed at 7 o'clock and slept on the right side of the bed next to her.
He then put Cabrales-Arzola in the Prius and drove her to Ceda-Sinai Medical Center at 6 am, but when he could not take her in the back entrance, the two drove to another hospital in Culver City where they left her with staff earlier to leave.
Pearce said he had assumed that the girls just had to 'sleep' the previous evening. He told the court that he regularly had drug and alcohol-driven parties in his house, but denied that he gave the two women drugs.
“Friends faint a my house all the time,” Pearce said. “I preferred it instead of drunk and driving and fainting somewhere else.”
He said that guests treated his house on the Olympic boulevard of 8641 as a 'drug lever' and that people would party there for days. '
In addition to the charges of the murder, the cessed former film producer was previously accused of different counts of sexual abuse against a total of seven victims who include a period of 13 years between 2005 and 2021.
Photographer Michael Ansbach, 50, left, who was in the apartment with Pearce claiming how he gave him and the two women alcoholic beverages and cocaine peppered with fentanyl. Brandt Osborn, 43, on the right was accused of two counts of accessory after the fact. It has been released on a bond of $ 40,000
In 2014, public prosecutors originally refused to pursue sexual violence against him, but after the dead, several women with stories emerged.
Pearce told the court that the Jane 1 to 7 made accusations against him, had exaggerated their stories.
He denied the sexual abuse of one of the women and claimed that they had all lied. “They wanted to create a story,” he said.
He denied the raping of Jane Doe 2 and that he had never met her. “I never met her physically, so I don't know how I could rape someone I have never met,” he said.
He said that Jane Doe 6 'lied' when she said he had raped her Anally and that the alleged attack was made up because Pearce did not help her to find a job.
And the other accusators, known under only their first names – Marie, Sarah, Jackie, Carrie and Susannah – were also 'wrong'.
“Are they all wrong to accept you?” Early public prosecutor Seth Carmack.
“Yes,” said Pearce. “Their information was inaccurate.”
He also denied the imitation of a doctor to ask for a free flight at United Airlines and a suite in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
He said that the e -mails – on his own e -mail account – were actually written by his father, a cosmetic dentist, who died in August last year, and one of his patients.
He also said he had dressed a doctor for Halloween, not present to practice a doctor.
Pearce said his father had access to his E -mail account and had the account password, “Dave123.”
He also denied trying to flee the country and escape to Ukraine after the death of the women. He claimed that he was actually planning to make a documentary of the country's conflict with Russia. “I thought about doing what Sean Penn did and to go there and document,” he said.
Osborn, 45, has not guilty to help Pearce dump the bodies of the girls.
On Tuesday H said when they reached Cedars-Sinai with Giles that Pearce 'Freaked' and they chose to go to another hospital.
“In the end he said,” Step in the F ** King car. ” I didn't know what to do and I got into the car and drove to the hospital in Culver City, “said Osborn, who started sobbing during his testimony.
Osborn said that he was 'bewildered' to discover that Pearce had removed the license plates from the Prius because he did not want to be traced.
“I said you are an idiot, they can trace us through your iPhone,” said Osborn, who added: “You just dig that deeper!
The process continues.
