The filmmaker ex-husband of the co-founder of PE Nation has been released from an indictment of domestic violence, more than a year after the couple ended their relationship.
Tim Tregoning was accused of stalking or intimidating Claire Tregoning – who now uses the last name Greaves – with the intention of causing damage in November 2023.
The 43-year-old bleached blonde, who tattooed 'Claire' on his ribs next to a heart and arrows, would experience a three-day hearing this week about that claim and two other charges.
Instead, the intimidation was rejected on January 20, when tregoning, who was confronted with the court with a knotted neckscarf, argued guilty of the other two violations.
Tregoning was still obliged to appear on Wednesday in the Downing Center court of Sydney when the lawyer Bryan Wrench said that the details of a facts had not yet been agreed.
Mr. Wrench said that Tregoning would submit an application for the two remaining violations to be dealt with under mental health provisions of the law and rejected without conviction.
Tregoning's private life began to get the headlines in 2016 when his wife ActiveWear Brand PE Nation launched with Pip Edwards in a partnership that both women made multi-millionaires.
Greaves took off her daily role in March last year when PE Nation made a statement stating that she would “strive for other creative efforts.”

The co-founders of the label were subsequently struck by rumors about a fall-out, with Edwards who wipe all traces of Greaves of PE Nation's social media.
Edwards took over as the only creative director and gave PE Nation a revision and again launch, but announced in August that she also took a 'step back' from the brand.
The following month Edwards returned to Streetwear label Ksubi, where she first made her name in the 1990s, as creative director.
Although none of the women revealed the reason why they went their own way, Edwards said in June last year that Greaves was 'The Product One' in their business partnership.
“She was a great designer and I was more the marketing side of things,” said Edwards de Kyle and Jacki O -Show.
Edwards continued to say that she had good memories of working with her former partner and praised Greaves because he was a 'great designer'.
Tregoning and Greaves quietly ended their 11-year marriage in mid-2012 and sold their Avalon Mansion with five bedrooms for $ 6.4 million in February 2023.
Greaves described their farewell as 'friendly' when she confirmed the split to Sydney Morning Herald Gossip columnist Andrew Horny in January that year.

“It's very friendly, we still love each other, we are co-parenting and he remains a good friend,” she said.
“Things change and that is exactly what happened to us, but we come through with great respect and support for each other.”
In November 2022, Tregoning found guilty about possessing a forbidden drug after the police had almost caught him a gram of cocaine on Bondi Beach.
Greaves wrote to him a glowing reference that was offered in the local court of Waverley, where a magistrate heard that tregoning bought the drugs while he was 'unraveling' in a post-separation state.
The court also heard that Tregoning had undergone sessions with psychologists and psychiatrists to help with his depression and a diagnosis of ADHD, making him impulsively acting.
Tregoning is a cinematograph that has been involved in a series of high-profile productions, including a Netflix series.
He was involved in making the film Snow White and De Huntsman starring Chris Hemsworth, as well as television series Puberteit Blues and commercials for Qantas, NRMA and Audi.
Ms Greaves was seen earlier this month Cozying to the renowned Sydney cocktail maker and Bar Tsar Matt while he Beach on Avalon.
While the maker of boutique is gin-company Wolf's nose and helped to find seven award-winning bars in London Sydney.
He is also friends with Edwards' newest friend Joshua Clapp, the owner of hospitality-oriented construction and design agency Steel and Stitch.
Tregoning is still the subject of an interim -arrested order that the police eliminated in November 2023 to protect Greaves.
The bail conditions of the father of two include that he does not go within 100 meters where Greaves lives or works and that he stays on an address on the northern beaches.
He cannot contact Greaves except through a lawyer or to a written agreement if the contact relates to their children.
Tregoning returns in April for a mental health hearing.
