A lawsuit to make Prince Harry's Secret Visa Records Public will have his first hearing since the inauguration of Donald Trump.
The Heritage Foundation has reopened its business to release the immigration papers of the Duke.
The American Think Tank asked questions about how in 2020 he was able to access the US with his wife Meghan who was admitted in his book of 2023 that he had cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms.
Heritage made accusations Harry had lied to his papers about his drug use or has received special treatment by the Joe Biden administration to emigrate to the country.
Lawyers for the think tank and Harry have now been ordered by judge Carl J Nichols to meet at a federal court in Washington DC next Wednesday 5 February.
Heritage lost an earlier case in September when it established a lawsuit against the Department for Homeland Security after a request for freedom of information to be released for Harry's documents was rejected.
In his first ruling judge, Nichols said they should stay private.
The case has been established because Visa recipients must legally declare whether they have used drugs. Not doing this can lead to deportation, and Heritage wanted the US government to release the data to see what Harry said about drug use.
The Heritage Foundation wondered why the Duke of Sussex was allowed to the US with his wife Meghan in 2020 after his reference to illegal drug consumption and therefore submitted a court case
US President Donald Trump depicted in the Oval Office on January 6 with an executive order for grace. He said earlier that he would “not protect Harry”
Trump suggested earlier that Harry could be deported under his leadership from the US if the duke is found that he has forged information about his visa form – although his wife is American and his children are double civilians.
The US President criticized the Duke in February last year and accused him of betraying the deceased Queen Elizabeth II.
He said to the Sunday Express: “I wouldn't protect him … that is unforgivable. He would be alone if it were up to me. '
Trump was encouraged by Heritage this week to release Harry's immigration files.
Now that the Duke of Sussex no longer has support from the Biden Administration, Advocaten and Fellows hopes for the Heritage Foundation that the newly elected President will ignore the court's decision to keep the files secret.
“I will encourage the president to release Prince Harry's immigration records and the president has that legal authority to do that,” said Nile Gardiner, director of Heritage's Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, to the New York Post.
“Donald Trump heralds a new era of strict enforcement of the border control, and you know, Prince Harry must be made entirely to account, because he has admitted that he has extensive illegal drug use,” he added.
“My regular expectation is that action will be taken.”

In conversation with the British politician and broadcaster Nigel Farage on GB News last year, Trump suggested that the Royal would not get any special privileges if he turned out to have lied about his drug use.
During the interview, Farage asked Trump or Harry asked 'special privileges' if it would come to light, he did not tell the truth.
“We will have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied, they must take appropriate action,” Trump replied.
'Appropriate action? What can mean … not staying in America? “Farage asked.
“Oh, I don't know. You will have to tell me. You just have to tell me. You would have thought they had known this a long time ago, “Trump replied.
In his controversial memoirs, De Hertog said that cocaine “didn't do anything for me,” adding: “Marijuana is different, that really helped me.”
He also said that while using Ayahuasca, a psychedelic medicine, he realized that his deceased mother Diana wanted him to be 'happy'.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stopped their royal role in 2020 and have since live with their two children in the US.
