President Donald Trump has announced plans to open a facility at Guantanamo Bay to accommodate 30,000 illegal migrants.

The American military base in Cuba has been historically used to keep terror suspects since 9/11 and prisoners include some of the accused brains.

Trump's move is part of his unprecedented performance on the border after illegal migration since the moment he entered last week.

Immigration and customs enforcement has carried out raids throughout the country and deportation flights have left the United States daily.

Trump said that the facility with 30,000 beds will be used to keep the 'worst of the worst' migrants under lock and key.

It includes suspects from countries that he does not trust, they will retain when they are deported.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi calls the plan earlier on Wednesday, but Trump has now started the plans.

“Today I also sign an executive order to instruct the Defense and Interior Security departments to prepare the migrant facility of 30,000 people in Guantanamo Bay … to hold the worst criminal illegal aliens that threaten the American people,” said Trump while Trump Laken Riley Act in the White House on Wednesday.

'We have 30,000 beds in Guatanamo to hold the worst criminal illegal alien beings that threaten the American people. Some of them are so bad that we don't even trust the countries to hold them because we don't want them to come back, “he went on.

“So we're going to send them to Guatanamo Bay. This will immediately double our capacity and heavy. That is a difficult – that is a difficult place to get out. '

The George W. Bush government opened the facility in 2002 to hold 'illegal enemy fighters' during the 'War on Terror'. In the end, successive administration negotiated a series of schemes to put prisoners out of the facility since then, in the midst of public and conference pressure to close this.

The population has now decreased to just 15 after the most recent series of transfers.

Among them, 9/11 Mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who agreed to argue with guilty after negotiations with military lawyers, to avoid a possible death sentence and to dispose of a legal saga.
