The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Chancellor that was fired before shooting porn with his wife has filed a lawsuit to fight back for his job.
Joe Gow claimed that his first amendment rights were violated when he was removed from his position in December 2023 by the your board or regents.
After he had lost his position as Chancellor, GOW was still a permanent communication professor and placed it on paid leave until September 2024, when the board officially fired him.
Gow said that interim channel Betsy Morgan sent him a report that accused him of producing pornography with the help of university technology and “unethical and potentially illegal behavior.”
On Monday, GOW brought the lawsuit against the board in an attempt to return to class. He demands that he is recovered as a professor and wants to pay wages and damage.
“It is that the system does the right one. And the university does the right one and puts me back in class, “Gow told WXOW.
“You know that this is really a case in the first amendment, because why they fired me from a fixed faculty was because they didn't like the books and videos that my wife and I made in our own time.”

Universities of Wisconsin spokesperson Mark Pitsch refused to comment on the court case because it is an ongoing situation, the Associated Press reported.
