A beloved Disney on Ice actress and a mother of two young children are among the newest victims who have been identified from the deadly Washington, DC, aircraft crash.
An American Airlines -Jet with 64 people on board Wichita, Kansas, crashed with an American army helicopter who wore three soldiers about the icy waters of the Potomac River on Wednesday evening and killed everyone.
The Black Hawk helicopter apparently flew on the path of the jet while it tried to land on Ronald Reagan National Airport.
At least 30 bodies have been found from the freezings, including various American and Russian figure skaters and all four members of the cockpit crew.
The famous Skater Inna Volyanskaya, 59, was identified as one of the crash victims by Virginia Rep. Suhas Subramanyam.
“It has confirmed that none of the 67 people in the crash last night survived, including members of our community such as Inna Volanskaya, a skating coach in Ashburn,” Subramanyam said.
Volyanskaya participated in the Soviet Union and performed for Disney on Ice as princess Aurora, Cinderella, Belle and Ariel, according to her coaching biography.
