Federal employees seem to cook a conspiracy to thwart the Trump government's plan to reduce the federal workforce.
It comes after the Trump administration on Tuesday evening E -mails to thousands of federal employees started to send them a 'buy -out' to leave their government positions voluntarily, but to stay on the payroll for months.
The administration has called on federal employees to return to the office and is planning to offer the buyouts to a maximum of two million employees who do not want that.
The e -mail was linked to the executive command of President Donald Trump who demanded the return of the office.

But many government workers seem ready to reject the offer and promise to continue to work in protest.
