A woman died in a suspected murder in a house in Melbourne.
Murder detectives were called to a house on Ormond RD in Ascot Vale, North-West Melbourne, just after 4 p.m. on Friday.
Victoria's police said a woman in the house was found dead.
“The exact circumstances around the incident still have to be determined and the investigation is still in its infancy,” said a spokesperson on Friday evening.
