Mark Zuckerberg was humiliated on Thursday after he complained to the entire Meta staff that his internal comments were constantly leaking.

“We try to be really open and then everything I say leaks,” according to De Verge, the 40-year-old billionaire told more than 70,000 Meta employees in an 'All-Hands' meeting.

“It's crazy.”

But within a few hours, Zuckerberg's comments were also leaked to the press during the staff meeting.

In a brutal attempt to prevent further shame, Meta Chief Information Security Officer Guy Rosen sent a company-wide e-mail warning staff that there are 'repercussions' for anyone caught on the media.

“We take leaks seriously and take action,” he warned in the internal memo – who was also leaked to the press.

“When information is stolen or leaked, there are consequences above the immediate safety effects,” Rosen continued. “Our teams are demoralized and we all waste time that can be better spent on our products and to our goals and mission.”

He then warned that Meta would 'take appropriate measures, including termination' against everyone who was caught on leaks, and claimed that various staff members have all his fired.

“We recently terminated relationships with employees who leaked company information inappropriate and extracted sensitive documents.”

Zuckerberg has had to deal with leaks in the midst of his attempts to solve President Donald Trump in the aftermath of his election victory.

One employee even asked the Meta -CEO if his recent changes in the degree of content were “influenced by the new US president,” says Mediaite.

But Zuckerberg defended the changes he made to release limitations on online speech and to end diversity initiatives while doubling in embracing the new Trump administration.

“I want to be clear, after recent years we now have the chance to have a productive partnership with the US government,” he said, the New York Times.

“We are going to take that.”

He further claimed that it was 'fundamental' that Meta was better conditions with governments around the world.

“The government can be a bit active against you, try to stand in the way and add a lot of friction, or can actively try to help you to help you,” said the Meta -CEOo. “It's the right thing to do.”

But the recent changes from Zuckerberg to Meta have led some employees to revolt.

He had posted a five-minute video on his Facebook profile earlier this month and swore: 'We go back to our roots and concentrate on reducing errors, simplifying our policy and repairing free expression on our platforms .

“More specifically, we get rid of facts controls and replace them by communitynotities similar to X, starting in the US.”

Policy that protects individuals and groups against hateful speech that is linked to protected characteristics, as well as restrictions against referring to transgender or non -binary persons as 'IT', have also been deleted.

An employee said in the aftermath that the announcement led to 'total chaos internal. I would call the mood shock and disbelief, “according to a report of 404 media, which assessed internal business authorities and interviewed the current staff.

The employee added: “It is shame and shame that feels inflated, other than errors that the company has made in the past.”

Another staff member said 404: 'Nobody is enthusiastic or happy with these changes. And it is clear that the employees who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community are especially unhappy and not supported the most. '

Some employees even pushed back on the removal of tampons from the men's bathroom by circulating a registration form for employees to buy sanitary products and bring them to the meta headquarters in a protest, according to the Times.

However, Zuckerberg said during the meeting on Thursday that some of the changes – such as eliminating the dei changes of Meta – was just a reflection of time.

“We are in the middle of a fairly rapidly changing policy and regulatory landscape that regards every policy that every group of people can promote above another as something that is illegal,” he claimed.

“That's why we and every other institution have to adjust.”

The Meta -CEO also said that he thought the company had a 'good track record' about diversity and that having a diverse workforce was a force.

Janelle Gale, Meta Head of people, then argued that there were other types of discrimination that were not generally recognized at Meta but still had to be tackled.

She claimed that the company had fired the woman for sexual harassment and some people were excluded because of their political beliefs.

Meta will now bring a form back from his unconscious bias training that, according to Zuckerberg, would not only focus on 'a few different groups'.

The Meta -CEO also used the hours of meeting – in which the questions of employees were reportedly screened – to determine his vision of the social media giant.

He promised that 2025 would be an important year for possibly transforming initiatives, including a focus on artificial intelligence, data centers and the virtual metaverse.

“This year feels a bit more like a sprint for me,” said Zuckerberg.

“It's going to be a crazy year.”
