This is the shocking moment that a drug king pin covered with tattoos is arrested by the police while sitting in his pants.

John Horn, 38, covered himself with a pillow while he is read when an officer tells him that he is being arrested for conspiracy to deliver.

Bodycam images see Hoorn who sits in just a few black boxers while the Kent police ran over the house in Ramsgate.

The images shows a woman who walks past the cans while Horn looks empty at the police who reacts 'yes' to the officers who arrest him.

He was arrested on March 21, 2024, after the police discovered that he was the leader of an organized crime group responsible for the range of class A drugs.

That day a series of other arrests were made and large amounts of cash and medicines were seized.

Horn used fellow dealer Oliver Eyles, 36, to manage the daily running of their criminal company that was located in Thanet. This included the further distribution of cocaine to other street dealers.

Five members of the gang had previously found guilty guilty to deliver cocaine and appeared at Canterbury Crown Court for conviction on Thursday.

Each of the perpetrators argued guilty of conspiracy to deliver cocaine prior to their conviction.

Horn, from Highfield Road, was sentenced to six years and six months in prison.

His second in Bevel, Eyles, Van Lavender Lane, Ramsgate, was imprisoned for five years and six months.

Joseph Shuttleworth, 35, from Orchard Close, Ramsgate, received a custody of two years and four months.

Jason Tse, 41, from Beach Road, Westgate, was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison.

Finally, Christopher Palmer, 34, received a two -year conditional imprisonment from Nixon Avenue, Ramsgate.

Research officer Detective Constable Nicola Emery said: 'Organized crime groups are often run as companies where each member has clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

'John Horn was at the very top of this specific criminal network and although he rarely used drugs himself, it was very clear that he played a leading role in the supply of cocaine to users in East.

“He thought that by other criminals to have his dirty work done for him, it would reduce the risk of being arrested and sent to prison.

'Unfortunately for Horn and the other members of his group, we knew exactly who they were and what they intended.

“This is an important result in Kent Police's constant fight against the range of class A drugs, with those who are responsible who receive sentences that will see them behind bars for a long time.”
