A driver who hit a waste collector after an almost -Miss with his bin truck collected a gang armed with an ax, front hammer, machete and gun before launching a vicious attack on a second crew.

Sickly images see the moment that Joe Corden, 29, from his Vauxhall Corsa jumped to confront his first victim, to rain battlefits on the driver and hit the van with a school crossing sign pulled out of his boot.

He returned high codeine to the Stoke-on-Trent-Buitenwijk with his heavily armed gang for another brutal attack on an impeccable crew.

The three men will be convicted next month after they had allowed attack and three of their victims have revealed that they were forced to retire because of the attack.

Victim impact statements were read in court this week, with a Binman revealing that since the attacks in March 2023 he suffers that he is suffering from flashbacks and nightmares and another trying to recover from a stroke.

“I have struggled with daily tasks since then,” said an operation that had drawn a gun.

'I suffer from flashbacks and nightmares and I constantly look over my shoulder. I have finished working because of poor health and had worked for the council for 38 years. '

The driver who was attacked in the first attack was beaten three times and required hospital treatment for head, facial and foot injury.

He returned to work in October 2023 after six months of sick leave. However, he was forced to leave the work again due to illness in May 2024, and it is unlikely that he will be able to return.

The shocking violence was fueled by an apparently small incident in which a Stoke-on-Trent City Council bin Wagon and a car were involved in a near-miss in Birches Head.

In the video clip, recorded on the dashcam of the truck, Corden jumps from his vehicle and squares to the crew of the Stoke-on-Trent City Council bin Wagon.

He opens the door of the taxi before he rains on the driver's head, but seconds later he is receding, while three of the colleagues of the Binman appear from the vehicle.

Corden pushes one over a garden wall, but disappears after another seems to hit him on the floor.

He is then seen that he takes a lollipop board from the boot of his car and hits the door of the truck while it goes back to the depot.

Shortly before the afternoon video from a second BIN truck in the neighborhood, Corden and his gang show it up with weapons and a terrified Binman who jumps back into his taxi while approaching.

A colleague is not fast enough and is set up by the gang who has defeated him with sticks before one of the gang spends the truck windows with an ax.

The gang makes them escape, but not before Corden has a few last strokes with an ax through the cabin window.
