A horrifying groan was heard in newly released conversation between air traffic control and the doomed Air ambulance that crashed about Pennsylvania on Friday evening.

The audio is because it was revealed that victims on board the small Learjet 55 aircraft include a young pediatric patient who traveled back to Mexico after he had just undergone a life-saving medical treatment in the US.

In the minutes prior to the crash, air traffic control was heard with the air ambulance, including asking the pilot 'what frequency' they were.

Social media debated about the next part of their conversation, as sharp listeners said they could hear one side say that the other “talked to the wrong people.”

A few seconds after that comment, an ominous moan was to hear from what different social media user believed that the cockpit was. Civil servants have not revealed what the crash has caused and an investigation is underway.

After a short break, an air traffic controller asked: “What happens down there?”, To which another dispatcher replied: “We have a lost plane.”

“We are not exactly sure what happened, we try to find it out,” she added. “The field is being closed for now.”

Shocking images from the ground soon appeared after the plane had fallen, because at least six people – all from Mexico – lost their lives when it fell in a densely populated area in the north of Philadelphia.

The plane, managed by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, was on its way to Tijuana, Mexico, with a stop on Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri.

The plane had just left the airport of Northeast Philadelphia when it fell out of the blue, and tragically wore the young pediatric patient and their escort after life-saving medical treatment.

The crash place, near Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard, was quickly flooded in flames, caught with buildings and vehicles in the Inferno.

Shai Gold, a spokesperson for Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, confirmed the heartbreaking news and explained how the young girl had fought tirelessly to survive her illness.

“She took care of her. She went home, “Gold said. “She fought a lot to survive, and unfortunately, this tragedy on their way home.”

On board the fatal flight, the girl's mother, a pilot, a co-pilot, a doctor and a paramedic, who each had committed himself to guaranteeing the child's safe return. But in a cruel turn of fate, the journey ended in a disaster.

The LearJet 55, often used for critical medical transport, is a life line for patients such as the young girl who was on board. The girl was a patient of Shriners Children's Philadelphia, the hospital confirmed.

The crash came only two days after an American Airlines passenger jet collided on Wednesday evening with an American military blackhawk -helicopter about Reagan International Airport in Washington DC, killing 67 people in a tragic incident without survivors.
