The Emily in Paris -star shared a cute baby photo with her official Instagram account in a shared post with Charlie McDowell.
Collins wrote on Instagram: Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell. Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again. '
The Emily in Paris Star made the decision with McDowell, a filmmaker, in September 2021 in a private ceremony in Colorado for their famous parents.
Lily is the daughter of Genesis frontman and pop-rock icon Phil Collins and his ex-wife Jill Tavelman, while Charlie is the son of actors Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen, who separated in 1990, and stepson of Mary's current husband, Ted Danson .
Lily's photo showed Baby Tove lying on her back in a small soft fleece convertible while wore a beige onesie and decorated a cute gray knitted cap with flower designs.

The lovebirds managed to keep their surrogacy plans completely under the radar until after Tove was born.
However, they have not stopped about their desire to expand their families.
