The company 'Social Enterprise' helped by a participant in the reality -TV -Juggernaut Married at first sight has debts of almost half a million dollars, including unpaid Superanniety for its employees.
Documents from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) show Wild The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD – directed by Katie Johnston – was placed in liquidation on 28 June last year.
Mrs. Johnston, 37, described her job on the episode of Tuesday evening as 'CEO of a social enterprise group restaurants – we have split our profit to help others who are making a hard time and helping them with emergency food and emergency homes'.
The group known as EATS has a number of restaurants in Southeast -Queensland and Wild The Lifestyle Co was the company that was responsible for two Sunshine Coast locations in Eumundi and Sunshine Plaza.
Mrs. Johnston is not accused of misconduct and eats, which stands for the empowerment of all support, is still active despite the collapse of Wild The Lifestyle Co Business.
According to the liquidator's report, the company owed $ 493,927 when it collapsed.
Unpaid supernation was good for $ 150,709, while $ 190,980 owed the tax office and $ 141.174 was owed to Mercedes Benz Financial Services with regard to two cars – a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE300D and a 2017 Mercedes -Benz SLC200.
After the liquidation, Eumundi was sold to the Eats Nambour PTY LTD company, also owned by Mrs. Johnston, while Eats Sunshine Plaza closed its doors.
