Passengers are forced to evacuate London City Airport after a bag had been left unattended.
The airport was briefly evacuated this afternoon.
A spokesperson for the airport did not confirm the nature of the incident, but said that the country area was 'as a precautionary measure' evacuated.

A statement from the airport wrote: 'As a result of an earlier incident at London City Airport airport, the Landsside area of ​​the airport was briefly evacuated as a precautionary measure.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: 'The police were called to City Airport on Monday 3 February at 4.39 pm after concerned about an untrued bag.
'The airport was temporarily evacuated and a cordon was set up.
