A new rating system for schools is 'rushed and failed' and will 'make things worse', critics warned last night.
The re -designed blueprint, revealed today, is aimed at doing inspections by educational watchdog of 'Fairer' for teachers in the aftermath of the suicide of senior teacher Ruth Perry.
It will be launched by educational secretary Bridget Phillipson, who is expected to 'cancel the bar of what we expect from schools'.
But last night it was amastered from all directions – by internal whistleblowers, three lesson unions, the Tories and even Mrs. Perry's own sister.
It comes after Keir Starmer was forced to defend the overall judgments of one word of September, and it insists that the parents would not confuse. “
The redesign of £ 6.2 million has now continued and completely removed with the old reviews of 'Outstanding', 'Good', 'requires improvement' or 'insufficient' for individual categories.
Instead, there will be nine new assessment areas that each will be assessed as 'exemplary', 'strong', 'secured', 'needs attention' or 'worry', with green and red color coding.
The new format is aimed at giving a more 'nuanced' image for parents, after criticism that the judgment of one word was too coarse.

But six of the own staff of Ofsted have now said that the plans were 'rushed and failed' and 'merged together with ridiculous speed', after they have been drawn up since the election victory of Labor.
A letter to the employees' trade unions was sent on the condition of anonymity to Schools Week.
It said that the consultation is an 'appearance', because there will be no time to introduce a model that would differ from the proposal of Ofsted.
The letter described plans as a 'chaotic mess', 'amateurish' and 'together with a ridiculous speed with virtually no substantiating research'.
After the death of Mrs. Perry, a study found that the ofsted inspection 'contributed' because she was so concerned that she was relegated from 'excellent' to 'insufficient'.
Her sister, professor Julia Waters, is campaigning for change on ofsted, but even she said yesterday that it was 'dangerous' and introduced 'new risks'.
She said, “I am afraid that this proposal is a repeat of the discredited and dangerous system that it should replace.”
In the meantime, teaching unions are also rebellion, with Daniel Kebede, general secretary of the National Education Union, who says: 'The proposals will make things worse, not better …
“OFSTED's plan does not accept the mental health effects of the current 'High Stakes' accounting systems on the profession. '

Ofsted said that the new report cards are aimed at following a 'fairer' and 'balanced' approach to 'reduce the pressure on professionals'
Pepe di'iasio, general secretary of the Ascl Union, said that it will “subject a besieged profession to even more misery.”
He added that it was 'even worse' than the old system because the large number of assessment areas would add more 'obstacles'.
“All this will have a devastating impact on the well -being of teachers,” he said.
And Paul Whiteman, general secretary of school leaders' Union, NAHT, said that 'the risk is to replicate the worst aspects of the current system and will do little to reduce the enormous pressure leaders who experience school leaders'.
In the meantime, Shadow Education Secretary Laura Trott was on it: 'The previous system of One Word Oordment of Ofsted gave clarity for parents. This new system is more complicated, nobody and with a weaker response to failing schools will lead to a reduction in standards.
“Labor's destructive plans for schools will simply suffer the poorest students.”
And Sir Nick Gibb, former Minister of School Standards, said that the new blueprint 'increases complexity, reduces clarity for parents and weakens responsibility'.
A government source, however, rejected the criticism and said: “The only people who are interested in pleasure are parents who want the best education for their children.”
In response to the criticism that the plan “nobody wants,” said a spokesperson for the ofsted: “In this consultation, the most important people we want to hear from are the parents we work for.”

The nine assessment areas of the new system include leadership, curriculum, performance, behavior, presence and inclusion.
A separate assessment of 'with' and 'Unmety' will be applied to the matter of security, to acknowledge that children are 'safe or not'.
The redesign will be implemented in September after a consultation of 12 weeks, from today.
Ofsted said that the new report cards are aimed at following a 'fairer' and 'balanced' approach to 'reduce the pressure on professionals'.
Sir Martyn Oliver, chief inspector of schools, said: 'The report card will replace the simplistic general judgment with a series of figures, which gives parents much more details and the strengths and improvement points for a school, early years or further education can better identify the provider.
“We hope that this more balanced, fairer approach will reduce the pressure on professionals who work in education and will give them a much clearer understanding of what we will consider in inspection.”
According to the Tories, the Ministry of Education refused to change reports, and said that responsibility was needed, but after winning power work, the judgments of one words immediately abolished and gave the full redesign of today.
The new designs were leaked earlier and described by a critic as a 'Nando's Spice Chart'.
