Children's murderer Lucy Letby is 'very involved' with an offer to prove her innocence while closely following the public investigation of her prison trailing.
Letby's last hope to prove her innocence and to prove herself that she is a victim of a justice right depends on new evidence to be presented on Tuesday, her lawyers said.

The 35-year-old serves 15 whole conditions of life in prison for harming the babies, while in 2015 and 2016 he works in the Countess of the Chester Hospital.
Letby appointed criminal defense and human rights lawyer Mark McDonald in September – and a new challenge for her conviction was announced in December. A source close to the case wondered why, if the proof of the 14 experts was so mandatory, Mr. McDonald Journalists and a press conference held instead of requesting an assessment of the case.
“It seems like a strange tactic to place everything in the public domain before he makes a formal application to the CCRC,” said the source.

The expert also said that discoloration of the skin was a factor in just about 10 percent of the cases of air embolism, while in the case of Letby's victims it was present in nine of the 17 babies she was accused of damage.

The decision to set up a team to consider the case was unveiled during a meeting of the CCRC board. The minutes of a meeting last September were: 'The committee did not yet have to receive an application on behalf of Mrs Letby, although one was expected.
'Given the likely complexity of the assessment, a senior case review manager, group leader and nominated decision -maker was assigned and was provisionally reading and known. The team would be expanded as soon as the application was received. '
Yesterday Home Secretary Yvette Cooper Naated Questions about the case when he was interviewed by Laura Kuenssberg of the BBC.
Asked if she had 'full confidence' in how the case was investigated and prosecuted, said Mrs. Cooper: “I think it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the details of an individual case.”
A spokesperson for CCRC said: “We have not had a request from Mrs Letby or her legal team, but we cannot comment.”
Mr. McDonald said last night that he had waited for the reports of Dr. Lee – whom he described as a 'game changer' – and that of the other experts before registering at the CCRC.
