District court Mark Jabbitt said that Ansari is “a considerable responsibility for the behavior of the dogs.”
“I am convinced that he bought the dogs as security dogs that he signed an acceptable behavioral agreement,” the judge said.
'After an earlier incident, the dogs had escaped [and] He was signed as the owner of the dogs. He failed to ensure that they were correctly trained or kept safe.

He continued: 'I have read all the material about the background of Dr. Ansari, his charities and work in the community, his age, his health problems – I have considered all these factors and they are clearly important.
