The great -grandmother of a toddler who is said to have been murdered in a rural city of NSW has shared a heartbreaking tribute to the little boy.
Two -year -old Kingsley Line Field was found unconscious with considerable injuries and died six days later in the Tamworth Base Hospital on January 24.
Paramedics were called to a house on Hillvue Road, South Tamworth, around 3.45 pm on January 18, after the toddler was found unconscious.
“Our dear little Kingsley who was tragically taken from us in Tamworth, NSW,” Grootmother Penny wrote this week on a GoFundMe page.
'Kingsley's short life was demolished and as a family we still try to process and understand the circumstances.
“We understand that life is financially tight for everyone, but if you could even save a dollar that would help his father give him the broadcast he deserves.”

A 23-year-old man has since been accused of murder.

A 23-year-old man is accused of the murder of Kingsley
Detectives arrested the man on Friday at about 6.45 pm in a house in Gunnedah.
“He was brought to Tamworth's police station where he was accused of murder (domestic violence),” said the NSW police in a statement.
The man was refused bail at night before he appeared in Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday, where he was taken in custody.
It is planned to appear in Tamworth Local Court on April 16.
