Kroger Pharmacy has had a malfunction in the US, so Americans do not have access to their medication.
Customers said the pharmacy cannot give them instructions because all systems are down.
Kroger is one of the largest groce in the country with nearly 2,800 stores with nearly 2,800 stores in 35 states that operate under 28 different names.
However, the pharmacy is exclusively in Kroger -Supermarkten.
Marianne Wellendorf Matthes shared on X: Kroger Pharmacy in Gahanna Ohio is completely closed because their “system” is no longer. They can't even give people their RXs who are ready. '
Kroger states that it has more than 2,250 pharmacies that serve 17 million patients annually.
Customers have also cited problems with the special app and say it crashes when they try to make purchases.

Michigan Local Ali Heffernan, who seems to work at Kroger, shared in a Facebook group: 'Everyone who ordered from every store via Kroger -Pick -up! All shop systems are no longer.
'We have no internet, no way to look for phone numbers to call customers, we cannot choose your orders or process your orders when you come to the store! This is state!
'No EBT payments in the store! Fuel centers are completely down. Our telephone lines are no longer. No ETA when this will be solved! '
Another resident of Michigan shared: 'Kroger telephone system is together with the pharmacy system. Unknown Eta. Will update when we are back -up. '
