The legal team of Lucy Letby will today launch a definitive offer to destroy the 15 lives of the Child Serial Killer, while experts reveal 'considerably new medical evidence'.

Letby serves the punishment after she was convicted of the Manchester Crown Court of killing seven babies and trying to kill seven others, with two attempts at one of its victims, between June 2015 and June 2016.

The babies were attacked in various ways, while the 35-year-old nurse from Hereford worked on the neonatal unit of the Countess of the Chester Hospital.

Such a method was the injecting of air into the bloodstream that caused an air embolism that blocked the blood supply and led to sudden and unexpected collapsing.

This morning analysis is performed by a 'blue Riband committee' of 14 neonatalogists unveiled during a press conference in Central London from 10 a.m.

Among those on the panel of the international panel of experts in the care of newborn babies is retired medic dr Shoo Lee, who was co-author of an academic paper from 1989 about air embolism in babies, who was prominent in the 10-month process from Letby.

Dr. Lee, who founded the Canadian neonatal network with 27 hospitals and 16 universities, has told the Sunday Times that he believed that his findings about skin discoloration were misinterpreted by the persecution.

The newspaper also reported that the expert Panel had found alternative causes of death for a 'large number' of the babies who were shown in the process.

Lawyers for Letby are planning to submit an application to the Independent Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), which investigates potential miscarriages of justice and can refer cases to the Court of Appeal for consideration.

Tory former minister Sir David Davis, who used questions about the judiciary in the Lower House last week to express their concern on behalf of Letby's Legal Team, will be chairman of today's panel and the lawyer of the former nurse, Mark McDonald, will also be present .

Sir David, the Member of Parliament for Goole and Pocklington, wants a new process for Letby and said he believes that it will free her from misconduct.

Dr. Lee said that he recently updated his academic newspaper and did not find any cases of skin discoloration that have been linked to air embolism by the venous system.

In December Mr. McDonald – that individually from the CCRC application – he would also request permission from the Court of Appeal to submit an application to reopen her case on the basis of the fact that Dr. Dewi Evans, the main reduction medical expert in her process, was, was 'not reliable'.
