Emma Webber, whose son Barnaby, 19, one of three was killed in the attacks of June 2023, today spoke on Good Morning Britain about the 'horror show' review that emphasized 'clear shortcomings' in the care of schizophrenic Calocane.
The new review, which was published today, revealed a litany of Blunders who let Calocane free to kill Barnaby, Grace O'Malley-Kumar, 19 and 65-year-old Ian Coates in the random stabbing.
Mrs. Webber claimed that mental health teams missed opportunities because 'they just did not do their work well' and called the IOPC as 'not suitable for the goal'.
'The nine reports are full of openings, holes and omissions, finger sectors and a lack of accountability. This is an atrocity of 300 pages and the stuff there is frightening, “she said.
The mother promised that all victims' families' will stop nothing to get justice and added: 'Enough is enough. Get this done. I don't want to chain myself on the parliament buildings, but I will do that. We will do what we have to do to put this wrong. I promise you, Barnie. '
An emotional Mrs. Webber cried when she said: 'Harvey should be here today and completed his last year from the university. His 21st birthday last month was crossing. '
Her comments were met with tears from host Susanna Reid who comforted her while struggling to speak.

She demands that a legal public investigation takes place, so that 'all organizations and parties involved are forced to attend and cooperate' to 'discover the horror and the truth'.
“It's not a witch hunt, it's about taking responsibility. It may be difficult to lose your job, but not as difficult as losing your son, your daughter or your husband, 'she added.
Calocane was not forced to take long -term antipsychotic medication before his disaster because he was afraid of needles, the damn report thought.
The families of his victims have responded with anger to the findings – which, according to them, support their opinion that he was wrongly spared in a potential 'injustice of the highest order'.
The report also showed that other patients of mental health care who treated Calocane, 'extremely serious' violence of violence.
The NHS had initially tried to prevent the full independent murder review Murder Affairs from being published – with reference to the confidentiality of Calocane – but you were rotated on Tuesday in the light of indignation of the affected families.
Calocane had a long history of contact with NHS mental health care and serves an indefinite hospital order after allowing manslaughter with reduced responsibility.
Officers of Justice accepted his non -culprit supplications to kill after medical evidence demonstrated that he suffered from paranoid schizophrenia.
But the families said the review showed that the murderer was “responsible for his actions and was allowed to take these decisions through his treatment teams,” and added: “When he came to court, we were told a completely different story.”

'We have now seen a report after the report that emphasizes the shortcomings of police services and the health services.
“These repeated shortcomings led to this man being in the community and was able to take our loved ones from us, and now we see evidence that he may have been convicted of the court.”
The report showed that repeated requests were made to use Calocanic in antipsychotic depot medication – but risk 'was not fully understood, managed, documented or communicated'.
It emphasized how, in one assessment carried out by employees in mental health care, the risk for staff was 'managed' by arranging employees to not only visit Calocane's house, but a plan for the 'dangers' as he of His medication came and came out. Mental health care was not developed.
Calocane had four hospital admissions between 2020 and 2022 and several contacts with community teams – before he was fired at his doctor due to a lack of interaction with mental health care.
The report described for two years of his violent and disturbing behavior, including a neighbor so very frightening that she jumped out of a window on the first floor, led to a serious back injury, hit a police officer and held his flatmen hostages.
Health officials also admitted that it is 'clear that the system was wrong'.

The statement of the families continued: 'The image presented to the court with regard to his mental capacity was very different from the facts of those who deal with him.
“He was responsible for his actions and was allowed to make these decisions by his treatment teams, but when he came to court, we were told a completely different story.”
In further disturbing revelations, researchers found a series of violent incidents in which patients were linked to Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
There were 15 incidents between 2019 and 2023, where the current or recently dismissed patients committed 'serious violence' towards others, including strangers.
“The level of violence in the incidents was extremely serious and resulted in three cases in fatalities,” the report said.
'The majority of these incidents included stabbing.
“In particular, there was an incident in February 2023 in which a patient received from Mental Healthcare from Nottingham Healthcare NHS Trust was arrested for stabbing five people during a weekend.”

The incident is a clear reference to Junior Dietlin, a paranoid schizophrenic who stood and stabbed five 'complete strangers' for five days in Nottingham and Mansfield.
He approached his male victims while they walked alone in the dark and each stuck in the arm before he fled. Dietlin was held in a secure hospital for an indefinite period last year.
Dr. Jessica Sokolov, regional medical director at NHS England, said: 'It is clear that the system did it wrong, including the NHS, and the consequences of when this happens, can be devastating.
“This is not acceptable and I do not apologize to the families of victims on behalf of the NHS and the organizations involved in providing care to Valdo Calocane before this incident took place.”
The Calocane family said in their own statement that the report confirmed: “The mental health care system has a crisis and needs immediate intervention, which we believe should come from the government.”
Their statement said they also wanted to express “how deep it is regret for this horrible tragedy, and the actions of the immeasurable pain that Valdo caused have so much involved.”
