President Donald Trump received the first real threat of accusation during his second term from a legislator on Wednesday.
Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) said, “The movement to accuse the president has begun.”
“I get up to announce that I will bring articles of accusation against the president for cowardly acts proposed and delicious acts,” he added to the comments of the floor.
The Democrat said that his announcement is a reaction to the support of Trump of 'ethnic cleaning' of Palestinians in Gaza, the territory from which Hamas terrorists operate.
Trump met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the White House on Tuesday to discuss the war, which was fueled after Hamas had invaded Israel on October 7, 2023 and since the Holocaust was the biggest murder of a single day of Jewish people.
During a joint press conference, Trump said that the US will move to use troops to take the 'war -torn Gaza Strip' if necessary 'because Palestinians are moved to neighboring countries.
Trump insisted that it was time for a new way of thinking and promised to build 'the Riviera of the Middle East'.

“Ethnic cleansing in Gaza is not a joke, especially when it comes out of the president of the United States,” Green said about the president's bomb.
He added: “Israel's prime minister should be ashamed.”
“Injustice in Gaza is a threat to the judge in the United States of America,” the progressive congressman was in his comments from the floor of the House of Representatives on Wednesday morning.
Trump was dropped twice during his first term as president – but was acquitted both times.
Trump was dropped twice by the then-democrat-controlled house during his first term as president.
The first accusation was aimed at the 2020 presidential election and claimed that Trump was an attempt to have international entities disturb the elections.
And the second was aimed at taking Trump during the Capitol Riot of January 6, 2021 and claimed that he attacked the attack.
He was acquitted by the Senate on both occasions.
It is unclear what kind of legs the most recent threat of Green applies, but with a super republican majority it is unlikely that things are going somewhere.
Trump, who spoke with Nethanyahu on Tuesday during a press conference, repeated his proposal to rebuild Gaza and turn it into a holiday destination.
“The US will take over the Gaza Strip and we will also do a work with it,” he said during the White House event.
“We own it and are responsible for dismantling all dangerous non -ploped bombs and other weapons on the site … level the site and rid of the destroyed buildings.”
Trump, a real estate developer, has long spoken to the coastal view and the climate of Gaza as a perfect holiday location.
In his vision, the American reconstruction would create thousands of jobs and Palestinians, the pain and costs of reconstruction again after the territory was completely destroyed in the war with Israel.
When a reporter asked if that could withhold military force, Trump replied: “If necessary.”
