Kim Kardashian’s renovated $70 million Malibu home debuted on Thursday’s Season 6 premiere of The Kardashians.
The bikini clad reality TV star, 44, gave fans a peek into her lavish abode, located on billionaire row, as she was joined by her sisters Khloe, 40, Kourtney, 45, and Kendall, 29, as well as mom Kris Jenner, 69.
They were pictured lounging by Kim’s massive pool, which featured white deck chairs, and watching dolphins from the oceanfront mansion.
Glimpses of the home — which miraculously survived the devastating LA fires — featured the SKIMS founder’s lush, sprawling gardens. There was also a trampoline in the back for the children to jump on.
Kim then welcomed her family inside, revealing the home’s luxurious interior, including a large wood table with white chairs, a book-laden side table, and a large white couch.
Kanye West’s ex-wife – who notably purchased the mansion last year in September 2022 – previously gave fans a glimpse of the breathtaking space during an episode of The Kardashians that aired back in July.

Kim was among the lucky celebrities whose home did not burn down in the apocalyptic fires that ravaged Los Angeles.
Some of Hollywood’s biggest names have seen their homes razed to the ground. In Pacific Palisades – a hillside area on the coast dotted with celebrity properties – the homes of actors Sir Anthony Hopkins, Billy Crystal, John Goodman and Anna Faris were destroyed.
In Malibu, the roaring infernos reduced dozens of celebrity homes to rubble, including those belonging to Mel Gibson, Bella Hadid and Candy Spelling.
Last month, the Kardashians all had to evacuate their Hidden Hills and Calabasas mansions as a fast-moving inferno, named the Kenneth Fire, threatened to rip through the desirable neighborhoods – with the famous family all living just six miles from one another.
DailyMail.com confirmed the family – Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kris, Kylie and Kendall, along with their loved ones successfully evacuated the area.
Evacuation orders for Calabasas and Hidden Hills were later lifted, and their homes had all survived
Kim previously garnered some criticism for reportedly hiring a team of private firefighters to protect her and then-husband Kanye’s Hidden Hills home from the Woolsey wildfire in 2018.
It’s unclear if the star employed similar tactics this time around.

The team’s efforts to create fire breaks around the property were successful, preventing its destruction, TMZ reported at the time.
And though some critics called the move ‘dystopian’, the former pair’s neighbors were reportedly happy because it helped prevent the spread of the fire and saved other homes on the street as well.
Kim previously completed major renovations on her Malibu estate in October of 2023.
The star made a few upgrades when it came to the sprawling outdoor space, such as changing the wrap-around deck flooring from light-colored tile to a smooth concrete for a sleek and modern flare.
She also added monochromatic outdoor furniture – such as comfy white coaches and chairs – to allow the star as well as her family and friends to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
The windows on the four bedroom, six bathroom Mediterranean-style home have also been newly updated to allow natural light to stream indoors throughout the day.
The outside of the estate – which sits on a grand total of three acres of land – also was given a new coat of paint that was done in a light color to match the modern color scheme.
Landscaping was also done on the surrounding hill, while the pool area was also given outdoor furniture.
According to the New York Post, Kim’s Malibu mansion was formerly owned by Cindy Crawford and husband, Rande Gerber, as well as retired hedge funder, Adam Weiss – who had last owned the villa.
The TV personality has access to tennis courts, a swimming pool, a square-shaped spa as well as a cabana. She also has a path that leads down to a private beach just below the estate.
Ahead of the reality star’s own renovations, senior principal of Harrison Design Jesse Harrison, had informed the New York Post of some other upgrades that had previously been made.

While the home still needs to be refurbished and remodeled, Kim was quite pleased with her massive purchase, with the outing coming just after learning her ex Kanye West had made some controversial anti-Semitic statements that drove her to tears.
‘I wanna just have a good day with Khloe and not think about anything negative. I just wanna zone out,’ Kim says in confession.
